Extremely disappointed. My daughter has been waiting 3 weeks for her glasses. Ive called multiple times and finally got through. But they had no idea where her glasses were until I got a little pissed off and said my daughter needs her glasses too see! Miraculously after 15 minutes of him fumbling around on the phone they came in today. They better be the right frame and prescription .I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Stay away from Monroe Eye Center if you value your eyes. They are completely unprofessional, only have one doctor, and somehow schedule more than one appointment at the same time. Theyll make you wait forever to see the one doctor, and hell use nearly antique equipment to check your prescription (which will probably be wrong). Theres no privacy and no music in the office, and no one seems to care that youre there.

No way around it, the facility is old fashioned and not what you would expect walking into a vision center. That being said, all the staff and doctors were and continue to be helpful, courteous and professional. Things are always explained to us and were not left wondering what the next step is. No complaints here.

Receptionist is friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Sure, its old fashioned, cobwebs and all. (Smiling) But the nostalgia and personal attention is heartwarming. The doctor is thorough and professional also. Thanks for being here, just the way you are. We appreciate this business.

Antiquated equipment and the office is messy and unkempt. When I was 9 or 10..38 years ago, this office would of been cutting edge. Today it feels as though you stepped through a time machine into the 1970s.

I would avoid this place. Antiquated equipment, questionable exam practices, poor prescription accuracy, excessive insurance billing. Not returning.
