Pretty uninterested in customer service. I bought glasses there a year ago and first they werent delivered on time, I spent my entire summer vacation with my new glasses sitting in their office.. And they were really chintzy. Now theyve fallen apart and Im trying to order them online from a reputable provider. I have all the info on the prescription except the pupillary distance measurement. Which they took when they made my last pair. Do you think theyll provide that info? Nope. I would not get glasses again here if they were free.

Lena from the Target Optical on Edwards-Ferry Rd in Leesburg was very knowledgeable and courteous towards our daughter. She was able to explain how their kids plan works so we could compared the prices to our insurance. She took her time to fit our daughter with the glasses she liked. She was able to explain in laymans terms how our flexible spending would work and how to submit our receipt to our insurance since our insurance was out of network.

Best eye exam Ive ever had. And, the employees were so helpful and took a lot of time to help me find a pair of glasses that I liked. The woman who helped me said, "Im not going to let you walk out of here in something you look bad in." It was so nice to be treated with kindness and patience. Even though I was there on a busy day, they really took the time to help me.
