Bigger is not better. And I have really tried to like this new store. From what I can figure they expanded the parts for people who dont want to cook their own food. For someone who goes in for organic produce, the 365 brand & the bulk bins, I find I still shop the same square footage but now have to navigate a larger area to find anything. The parking continues to be a horror, no matter what day or time I try. The outside "dining" area is looking out at the biggest traffic intersection in the county; its hot, noisy, dusty, & smelly. I cant imagine what they were thinking when they chose this location. I miss the old store where the staff knew your name & you never had to wait in line to get checked out. Now theres one checkout for people with real food in their carts & four for the "fast food" people. I miss the small neighborhood feel of the old store. Bigger was not better in my opinion, Whole Foods.

Compared to the former Peters Rd.location this is a disaster. The parking lot is a joke. The only solution I found was to park in the alley behind Bed, bath and beyond and leave through the alley and do a U turn on the next traffic light. The store has an ambiance of a warehouse. So extremely noisy that you cannot understand anything. Got a headache after 5 minutes. Customer service is squeezed in an invisible location in a tiny space behind coffee bar. Gone is the terrace where you could eat outside and I would not think for a second to eat inside and stay one minute longer than absolutely necessary. To add insult to injury, WF chose as neighbor Hobby Lobby ( do I have to explain??) On the bright side, some of the good old people from the old store are there, for the time being. Will I continue shopping there? We do not have much choice. It will be less often and I will try to order more on line.

Do you want to experience an alternative universe, take a trip to Whole Foods. The moment you walk in your energy changes and a feeling of being alive takes over. Bright colors of fruitts and vegetables as you walk in hypnotize you. People talking and laughing to your left at the smoothie counter gets your attention. You begin to think " should I get one before I start my adventure through the store, yes". Health and beauty section, the aroma takes over your senses. I want my home to smell like this every day. Roam over to the prepared food section with food from so many cultures. Last but not least, are the people that work at Whole Foods are happy to be working there and it is contageous to us the customers. Go experience Whole Foods, you will never forget that day and how it changed you for the better.

Love The Food, BUT, Since they moved, Well thats a different story, Portions got smaller, Prices got higher, Selection got reduced, and Now, Its all about the money, Do not get me wrong the food that they have is still pretty good, But the Chain as a whole is about the money now, You can go across the street now to Trader Joes and get what you used to be able to at Whole Foods for about Half the Money. There is no way you can shop at Whole Foods for your family , Unless you make 200K a year. Nothing is like it usede to be, I should have invested in the first store in South Austin in 1980

Whole Foods continues to be a great place to buy those harder to find items; however, there are more and more places popping up with better, healthier, and definitely cheaper options. I completely agree with the review by someone who mentioned that even though they advocate healthy eating, their prepared foods are lacking in truly healthy options. The store overall is clean but the one time I used their bathroom it was really dirty. Its a beautiful store as they all are but the parking is a nightmare to put it mildly. Not sure why it was moved. Miss the old location.

2/19/16 Bought dinner for my wife and I she had the orange chicken, veggies, with mac and cheese. She was fine.I had baked chicken, rice, veggies, and dale soge spinach stuff on top with some corn and brussels. We ate then went to bed, the next morning 12/20/16 my stomach was in alot of pain and I could not keep anything I ate down. This continued all day untill what ever was inside of me was vomited out. 12/21/16 I seemed better but must have lost 6 pounds due to the constant vomiting and not being able to eat all day. :( dont know if Ill ever eat there again.

BEWARE of the Expiration Date! How many of us will check the expiration date when we doing grocery shopping? I was surprised to find out the dairy product at this Whole Foods are always close to the expiration date or expired. I was first notice it on last year when I purchased the Horizon Organic milk box package(12). I wasnt notice until my son almost finish the bottle. The package was 1 month pass the expiration date However I just bought it one week ago. Please check your dairy products exp. date before you put it to the cart. You will be surprised.

Used to be, you’d go to WF to get the best quality organic foods around. These days you walk into the Davie, FL store and can find a wide array of mostly conventional foods. I need to visit Publix and Luckys to get the rest of what I need. And the recent trend I’ve noticed is that the WF 365 brand is being diminished. As an example look at the recent rebranding of their 33.8 fl oz coconut water. The old packaging ingredient list was one thing, 100% pure coconut juice. The new one has at least 3 other things... Whole Foods you’ve let me down again

University whole foods its huuuuge. All the employees seem to be happy to work here, they are always helpful and knowledgeable about their products.. The store its located in a great spot, "right off 595".. Parking is the worst, whoever designed this parking lot was either drunk or not paying attention to detail. If it rains dont go there because youll be swimming to your car..... Good luck.... Ill be glad to answer any questions about this location and if you found this comment helpful please press like.

Worst whole foods I have ever been to. Sadly I moved away from the other 2 and started going to this one for the last year. Customer service is none existent here. The prepared Kitchen food department especially. They had the wrong price tag up and instead of honoring the wrong price tag as they advertise, the guy switched the sign and simple said "they forgot to change it last night, would you like me to take some of it back since it is more expensive?" Attached picture of their price policy as well.

Despite the annoying parking lot, I wouldnt have mind coming here to shop for fresh organic produce, and delicious crisp salad bar. My experience was mildly pleasant UNTIL checkout, when unfortunately I came across a RUDE cashier by the name of DAVE who worked the express checkout lane on Sunday 4.3.16. He was very disrespectful and abrubt to the point where Ive decided not to go back to that place. Ill opt for Trader Joes across the street with better prices and 100% better customer service.
