Publix has always been my favorite grocery store. They are not the cheapest place in town but I love the bogos. They also have some great digital coupon offers but for some reason they almost never work for me (and I am very careful to check the product description to make sure I am getting what the coupon advertises) Lately the Publix in Miami Lakes has been slipping because every time I go in there they are out of some very basic items. The last 5 or 6 times I have been there, there are at least two things on my list that they are out of. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I really hope they get it together again soon or I will have to find another grocery store.

The staff cares and the store honors very important policies (such as no-questions-asked returns on any defective or otherwise unsatisfactory product (which is rare) and they order items at a customers request. For example, my Grandmother wanted Eden Organic Sauerkraut, Goat Milk, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, Grass-fed Steak (such as Rib Eye and New York Strip) and other foods which I advised. She asked, and they (Publix) stocked rather promptly these products. That is pretty awesome that we can request from our local supermarket products that normally would only be acquired through great effort.

amazing! always clean and also has the little stand that is always offering food freshly cooked. also the employees there are very helpful and nice! also if you are a couponer then this is your place to go lol! they always have in stock what I am looking for with coupons and the employees seem to know their coupon policy too and are not mean about giving you one when you ask for it! they also seem to have a cheerful attitude towards their customers when checking out witch I find even better lol!

My experience at this publix is nothing but exceptional. They are extremely helpful and even the pharmacy calls you a few days later to see how you are doing. Those who assume this publix is "racists" are wrong to say the least. Its always... "Because Im black..." Get over yourself. Just because you had a bad experience doesnt mean you have to use the racists card.

I feel like this publix is racist every time I try to order over the phone for certain things they give me the run around but when I come in they say oh you suppose to order that on the phone well if yall answer the phone maybe I can order and when I come in they treat me different because Im black I will never go to that publix again

I have a good experience at meat dpt. The assistant meat dpt manager gave me a great costumer service. I was looking for picnic and i didnt want what was in the shelf. He went to the meat cooler to check for another one . And i got what i was looking for. Thanks for ur patience. The Pharmacies associate the best.

Ive been standing at the deli for 45 minutes and it has only served 4-5 people the workers move like turtles i am standing at this deli writing this review bc I want people to see that they shouldnt waste their time here I am tired of waiting but gonna stay bc I rlly need something and Ive already waited so long

Poor deli service. Been waiting for hot and spicy chicken since 11:50 and at 12:40. "We had to change the oil" they said TWICE. they came to me with a pack of fried chicken which isnt what I asked for! I wanted almost an hour and got nothing, no one apologized for the inconvenience! Just ridiculous.

I usually come here, and its great but today after checking out on the 1st or 2nd express checkout (10 items or less) at 8:12 pm on July 8, 2017, the bagger put my cup of soup in the bag in a way where the soup cup upended up and spilled over on the bag. Incident realize it until I got to my car.

What a great place, awesome staff from the deli and sandwich to the meats in the back. They ran out of chicken breast and Oris went above and beyond and went to the freezer and found more, thats what i call awesome customer service. Great job guys

The worst experience at the deli department. 6 people working at the deli and no one had no sense of urgency. They were cold and super slow. I always do my deli at Publix Doral, but never at this store. Super bad service and rude.

Dont bother ordering deli subs online. Theyre never done on time and youll still have to wait for them to make it when you come in. Sub/wrap making portion of the deli is poorly managed
