My daughter went to this establishment on 01/20/2015 with her son who is 6 years old. He had an appointment but it was delayed. She had her other 3 children with. One is 13 the other 2 babies. So in all she had three small children and one teenager. The appointment took over three hours and the docotors and nurses were so very rude. The 6 year old this was his very first visit to an eye doctor and he was nervous as any person would be even an adult. I feel that the experience should have been calming so that he would be comfortable with going to eye doctors. With the doctor and nurses so rude to him and his mother this will make it harder to take him when he has to go again. I am sorry I know people have bad days but in this type of perfession it should not effect your job with your patients. You know we are the ones paying your salaries. I hope in the future in you do not have the patients to take with children that you would refer them to someone else. This does effect them always. to tell you the truth it should never happen to anyone especially children. you certainly DONT do to one of my babies!!!!

Had appt at 1115.was seen at 1230.I chose my frames while waiting and now had to wait while the store manager tried to sell me everything but his car.I only needed the basic single vision for distance only.I arrived home at 215.I live across the street.He tells me we dont have the lense in stock we have to order them.I was there on the 1st of July.Called on the 5th and was told that the lense were on the way.They are coming from their home office in Texas and should be here by the 11th.359.00 later I am told to call back on the 11th.Worst place I was ever in.It was my first experience there and my last.So I am still waiting.At first when I called she asked me how to spell my last name twice.I had to explain it was Brown like the color and she said maybe I can find you now.

Absolutely Wonderful. John, Joan, Rose and all did fantastic for me today. Wanted to get a pair of glasses quickly for a long drive and was able to not only get the ones I didnt think I could afford, but I got them in only a few hours, as well. Had a couple bad experiences at Tyrone and swore Id never go back. Dr. Case and the folks here in Seminole were above and beyond. I hope they are recognized for how well the place is run. PS: Was an very elderly woman here alone who was having some difficulties and the compassion I saw from the members of this team had me tearing up. They were so kind to a lady who was making their day harder and they responded with grace and dignity to her. Made my month seeing people who were truly kind to another like that. Thank You!!

Dr Case is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been having a problem with chronic dry eyes for a while, and after going to several eye doctors I had decided to live with the issue. All those other doctors told me to do was to use eyes drops. When I went in for a contacts exam with Dr Case, he noticed the issue right away and asked me about my dry eyes. After I told him how frustrated I was, he gave me a detailed home care routine, which had a list of over the counter items to buy with step by step instructions. My dry eyes are doing much better, and Dr. Case even prescribe special contacts for my dry and sensitive eyes. I finally met an eye doctor who really listens. Im now a lifetime patient.

I was on vacation and did not realize that I was on my last pair of contact lens. After calling a few offices, I was able to get an appointment with VisionWorks. I was seen by Dr. Case, whom is very knowledgable and had explained to me what he was doing during each procedure of the eye examination. I was impressed with the details and passion in his work. He recommended that I should try daily contact lenses, acuvue moist, because of my lack of care for my monthly lenses. Ive been wearing these lenses for a week and I absolutely love it. If I am back in town, I would definitely come back here and see Dr. Case.

Ive long suffered from discomfort wearing contacts. Theyve always started off comfortable but at the end of the day they have always made my eyes extremely red and incredibly uncomfortable. I have seen multiple optometrist and none were able to figure out the reason why. That is, until I visited Dr. Case. Dr. Case changed my prescription, explaining to me that my contacts were simply too tight on my eye. I no longer suffer from discomfort at the end of the day. Dr. Case was knowledgable, friendly, and solved the issues Ive had with contacts. I strongly recommend Dr. Case.

Rosa was really awesome, very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me out of there with a great pair of Lacoste sunglasses. Anytime Im there she takes care of me. I definitely think she should get a raise, someone give this girl a raise!!! Honestly everyone there is pretty friendly. What they need to do is have her take over the Tyrone store and clean that place up! A couple of those employees have been there way too long and you can tell, theyre so rude, money driven and need to learn to multi-task better.

AMAZING service. I lost my glasses and my prescription was in Chicago so Susan reviewed my prescription sunglasses and was able to prescribe and provide new long distance regular glasses. All of this in just 45 minutes! The manager quickly helped with the lenses and Susan found me amazing frames on sale that she thought would look good. They looked great and all were on sale! Was back on the beach on an amazing total one hours time. How about that for five star service?!!!!!!!! Thank you, you are the best!

I have visited 3-4 eye offices in the last 5 years in the Seminole area and havent been able to find somewhere that was able to properly take care of me. When I tried VisionWorks with Dr. Case I wasnt expecting as great of an experience as I received. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, Dr. Case is a patient and very knowledgeable doc, and the frame selection had two pairs that I loved. Finally I found somewhere that does a great job. I highly recommend this office for your eye care!

I usually try and avoid doctors appointments for as long as I can, but after my experience with Dr. Case and the team at Visionworks I will definitely be a returning customer. My exam was very fast, and was able to get contacts and my glasses from the same establishment with no issues and in a timely manner. Congrats to the doctor for having a very professional staff, who treats his patients with the upmost respect. Will definitely be returning when my prescription comes due again.

I was in the area for a business trip and realized that I forgot to pack my contact lenses along with me. Dr. Case was able to see me the same day, was able to get me some trial contacts to get me going for my business meeting. He was very knowledgable and informative, he switched me out to a contact lens thats more comfortable that what I had... I didnt think it was even possible! Highly recommend this place for your eyeglasses and contact lens needs! Thank you again Dr. Case!
