This Particular Location is simply UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I have used the Lenscrafters on Sunset and 19 for about 5 years now, and never had any issues. I since have moved to FeatherSound, so THOUGHT it would be better to visit this location because of convenience. NOT!!!! They told me to download the New Patient paperwork, so after trying for 35 min., I decided to call them to have them fax them to me instead which is originally what I wanted them to do. After calling them, the LITTLE GIRL, that answered the phone had put me on hold for 2-1/2 minutes, then came on the phone and hung up on me. I then called back, STILL FRUSTRATED, and cancelled my April 23rd appt. I have decided to go back to the Sunset location where service IS a priority!!! Shame on You Lenscrafters for SUCH INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES!!!!

After calling and being told the Dr did accept gift certificates I bought one and sent it to my son for Christmas. After the exam was over, which was quoted at 97$ now cost 150! (They did an add on without permission) Then refused to honor the gift certificate. Apparently the Dr. has his own Gift certificates, that no one mentioned. When I called and spoke with the manager, not only was she rude and condescending she basically called me a liar. Im still, a week later waiting on a call from the district manager. Requested to call me from the store manager in my area! Clearly this location has problems and they care nothing about customer service. AVOID.

I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up to check in they told me my appointment was a week later, which is different than the lady said on be phone when I scheduled my appointment. I left and came back a week later and sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes before I walked out. I understand the doctor gets held up, but its the responsibility of the sales/customer service associates to a) let a patient know the Doctor is running behind at check in and b) to let them know while theyre waiting that they have not been forgotten. Horrible service. Will reschedule with a competitor.

Called them today, asked simple question "how long are patient records maintained". Gal answered at this time they are not available unless you have been in within the last week. Prior to this, experience was poor, when I asked them to send retinopathy exam records to my primary physician, I was told by the head Dr. that the images were proprietary, and the other Dr./technician had mis-read them. Also was not impressed with the retail side, they queue you up, and keep you waiting a couple of hours past the time they told you glasses would be ready. This was a couple years ago.

Absolutely the worst customer experience! Came for my appointment and told me I needed to reschedule because they were running behind. There is another review like this below too. I have been going to this location for 5+ years now and have always had a great experience. Dr. LaPLume is the nicest doctor I have been to and is very knowledgeable about the profession. The team on the sales floor are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location!!

Great, great, great customer service!! Was very pressed for time as my glasses from another provider broke the night before we were going out of town. They did everything possible to get my new glasses ready as quickly as possible. I will most definitely go back!!!

Here is at least the 3rd review about having an appointment and when arriving they told us that we have to re schedule because no time, too many people, computer issue blah blah. They should call customers if no time. We drove 1/2hr to get there in heavy traffic.

I was very impressed by their management. When I brought to their attention an issue with a manufacturers rebate, they were very responsive in making things right. Also, it is very convenient having doctors on site and online scheduling. I would go back.
