3/31/14-Major disappointment. I have been coming here for several years and had an appointment for an exam yesterday. I arrived early in case I had paperwork to update, etc. Customer service is severely lacking. I stood at the desk to check in for said appointment an entire 10 minutes without ever being greeted or acknowledged by the staff. The location had a couple clients but was by no means busy and a simple "hello, well be right with you" - or "have a seat", Something! would have been really appreciated. Needless to say, I left and do not plan on returning. 4/1/14-Okay it just gets better & better. Today I get a call from walmart vision staff (I assume) & she informs me that I missed yesterdays appointment & would I like to reschedule? I informed her that I actually was there and left after standing at the front for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. She only said, "Oh my, oh well sorry about that. Okay, well thank you. Good-bye". And hangs up! SERIOUSLY? Okay well I guess that confirms that I dont need to reschedule.

I went into the Vision Center with double vision on Wednesday night, the Dr. was amazing!! She not only did the examine, she herself contacted several Doctors for me on her own time!!! WOW. Then she called me herself the next mourning with the appointment time she had arranged for me. I would tell everyone to go to this Vision Center for care beyond anything I have every experienced. TEN STARS and thank you so much!

I went in this location last week.It was terrible.The Doctor come on lobby and talk what we r for.Never listen.Keeps talking.Takes no times.She was in hurry talking standing.I even have agreement with her. They accept my child but didnot work well.Refuge to fill out the paper. I hate this doctor.Never again.Iam totally dissatisfied.

If you have caresource for insurance do not waste your time at this vision center walmart itself excepts it however there doctor does not your better to just have everything done at the Canal Winchester or Whitehall locations there Doctors except it

We orerded glasses late Wednesday afternoon and was told we would have them by the next Wednesday or maybe later. We got the call early Sunday morning that they were back! Also they were great with my 3 year old daughter. Very pleased!
