The window ad declared " $79.00 for 2 pair of glasses, same day!" That sounded good since my medicare insurance doesnt include glasses. However, my 2 pairs cost me $300.- plus, with my "age discount of 74 deducted from the price as a percentage (HA!) This would mean that I got $1,000.- worth of glasses with no-line reading spots so tiny that I must keep turning my head from side to side to read a whole line, and then only the left side works; the right one is blurred. My old, much cheaper glasses, had at least large enough reading parts. What good are glasses that require me to move my whole head instead of my eyeballs?. Also, that transitions coating is so flimsy, it always comes loose around the edges. Goodbye Visionworks!

I cant tell you the last time that I had FUN picking out my glasses until now. I went in on a Sunday and had the most awesome experience with Cindy! I cant tell you how professional, knowledgeable and awesome Cindy was with me. Then Wendy became the 3rd opinion and she was just the same. Between the two of them(especially Cindy) I picked out 2 sets of glasses with one being sunglasses. I can honestly say I have never had such amazing service at any eye glass place my whole life!! I alwasy dreaded going in to try on different pairs and deciding which one to pick and they made it absolutely easy. So what I thought was going to be a drag turned into a great time! I will be back and will recommend them to everyone! :)

I had Dr. Parrish when he was at this location and he was very professional and just great at his job. The staff was amazing and they showed they enjoyed their job. I came back to this vision works even after finding out a different doctor was now there because it has overall been a great place. Well, today was NOT what I expected. The doctor is great and very helpful. His staff however are very unprofessional and will basically tell you in your face they do not want to be there. The whole time I was looking for glasses and waiting for prescriptions they were talking about other co-workers and even clients who called on the phone. Am I ever going back to this location? Doubt it.

I have had eye exams at this location twice by Doctor Parrish who is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions without making you feel rushed or as if you are bothering him. Highly recommend him. Mayling the technician was very friendly and upbeat. Jennifer the sales associate was extremely helpful and also had a sunny disposition. I would recommend this location for its friendly staff and for having far better pricing then any other optical in the area. Lenscrafters wanted 2 times as much for the same lens. Will be back to Visionworks for my future exams and glasses.

I agree with Kenia, they are very unprofessional the front desk girl was absolutely rude she spoke to her co workers very unprofessionally and absolutely had no bone of professionalism in her. However, there was a woman who ordered my contacts and she was very accommodating and respectful.

Person after person has trouble with this location, have to make several trips in to get something done right, and they treat you like you dont know what you are talking about,frames not adjusted right,lenses not ground right,JUST DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

I called and they were able to fit me in for an appointment for the same day, which was today! Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I got an eye exam and picked my frames and got a pretty ok deal for the price. Would definitely come here again!

Worst service ever they are all way to busy to handle any of your optical problems. Called to see if my glasses were repaired an they said yes. Went there to pick them up only to find out they wernt ready at all. Very incompetent!!!

Damaged glasses and brought them in for repair. Staff was very friendly and fixed glasses in no time, adjusted and cleaned them. Great customer service would definitely recommend them!!!

Horrible service,we were told to have a seat or look around and all the employees dissappeared....we were the only customers in there at the time and they didnt even see us leave.

Dr. Parrish is no longer at this location. He was great. Location is so-so. Hit or miss for being busy. New Dr. is good. Likable man.
