I have been going to Eye Columbus in Gahanna for about a year and a half now, and wont go anywhere else. For the first time, I feel as if I receive a comprehensive eye exam, and each step of the way, I am informed as to what is happening and what to expect. Dr. Miller identified that I am at risk for a future complication, and now sees me twice a year in order to keep an "eye" on the situation, which I appreciate greatly. The technology used seems to be state of the art, the office is clean and friendly, and again I am explained each step as it occurs. My insurance has been billed accurately for anything extra. The one field where I do wish they would improve a bit is mens frame selection, as I wish they had a few more creative options, but I also have not had any trouble finding my last two pairs of glasses, and the frame selection they do have includes trendy, classic and high quality options. I also love my lightweight lenses, as my prescription is pretty high, but the lenses do not give that away at all. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend giving Dr. Miller a try, especially if your current provider feels out of date.

I ADORE Dr. Craig Miller, and Jennifer, the optician, was amazing, too! Dr. Millers investment in state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment at Gahanna Vision Center, and education on how the standard eye exam only measures 70% of the factors that determine the quality of your vision changed my life! He ended years of frustration and dissatisfaction with my eye wear during his exclusive Lifestyle Exam, because the VAST MAJORITY of my vision challenges are related to the other 30% of factors standard eye exams cant diagnose! 13 months of wearing the right lenses with the right coating has resolved 100% OF MY VISION CHALLENGES! If you consistently see better with your old polarized sunglasses than you do with your new prescription eyeglasses year after year, YOU NEED to visit the Gahanna Vision Center for a Lifestyle Exam! You wont find this quality of eye care anywhere else!

Eye Columbus is, hands down, my favorite eye care provider. I think Im on year 3 there now and I wont even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Miller and his staff are fantastic. I frequent the Gahanna location, but Ive also visited the New Albany location a few times as well. They always use the latest equipment or technology and Im always confident that the staff is up to date on any new information in the eye care field. The staff in Gahanna recently worked with me over the course of several months to find frames that suited both my face and my personality. They ordered in pair after pair for me when I wasnt wowed with any of the frames in the store. Im happy to report that I finally found frames as awesome as I am ;), but I couldnt have done it without their help. Thanks Eye Columbus!

Terrible experience!!! We are a single-income family on a tight budget, and felt the pressure of the up-sell the entire time. On top of this, my husband was in need of new contacts, and missed work for 3-4 appointments. After all of this, he was told that the doctor would only prescribe daily contacts, which cost 3-4 times the cost of his previous bi-weekly contacts. Despite already spending a lot of time and carefully budgeted money, he will now need to take more time from work and spend more money, to start over with a different doctor somewhere else. If the doctor had taken the time to be upfront with him about his prescription practices, we would not have wasted valuable time, energy and money. We are very disappointed and upset, and now have to start the process all over again.

I have had the BEST experience with this office! The staff is friendly, so helpful, and knowledgeable, Dr. Miller is AMAZING - he is informative, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. The office has worked hard to accommodate my busy schedule during a tricky eye problem that has required a lot of follow up visits and they have collectively made what could have been a very annoying experience into a really great one. I would recommend this office to ANYONE - kids, adults, regular eye exams or experiencing problems - they will take great care of you!

They were able to get my son in same day for my panic mode parenting style (he complained of blurry vision and seeing double at school) and were so cool in helping me understand he was faking it in order to get glasses and look cool in his new class. A new concept to me, but Dr. Craig is an experienced expert with serious class. HIGHLY recommended for those faking bad eyes and those who actually need glasses, like me.

She and the staff we have come in contact with are very professional, helpful and friendly. I was recently in for an issue with my glasses and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes with no charge. Dr. Miller was genuinely interested in providing the best care for my two sons and I. He didnt try to overcharge us or force us into prescriptions that were wrong for us. His staff is kind and the office decor is so modern yet classy I felt like I was on vacation while I waited for our appointments. He has state of art equipment that made appointment very easy. I love he is so close to my home.

The Gahanna office is the best overall eye expereince I have ever had. EVERYONE is always very friendly. The doctors are informative and thorough. Last year I was having issues finding a pair of frames that were comfortable on my face and they very willing took an extreme amount of time to help me find the perfect pair. I will not go to any other office as long as I live in the Columbus area!

Dr. Miller is great! He always has a great attitude and fantastic personality. Great experience from the front desk, to the eye tests, and the technicians who help you pick out your glasses. I switched my husband from his childhood optometrist to Dr. Miller and he had a great experience. Only issue recently is all the construction that is going on around the office.

Great! Was able to get me in on the date and time I requested. The online forms were easy to fill out. Even though I arrived 10 minutes after my set appointment time I still was seen within 5 minutes of waiting. All the staff was friendly. They have a wide range of name brand frames. Glad I picked Eye Columbus for my first eye exam in years. Pleasant experience.

I went to Dr. Craig Miller for regular eye exams and contact lens evaluations for a few years and most recently tried their New Albany location. EyeColumbus is a great local group of optometrists--theyve always been very clear and professional with everything and provide great service too. Ill go back as long as I live in Columbus.
