I have been a loyal, faithful customer for over ten years. Ive had nothing but excellent service; to the point of several referrals whom are still customers themselves. Recently, Ive received less than par service. Service that upset me to my core. Ive requested district manager information, and have yet to receive any response. I am beyond flabbergasted; Im hurt as a customer. I will no longer purchase from Pearle Vision. -Renata Laughlin
