I live in Redwood City but had to drive all the way to San Rafael to buy my new car from the dealer. Simply because they offered me the best deal and also had the excellent sales department. My sales rep was John Garcia and I highly recommend him. Also below is my Yelp review for their after-sales service called Technology Orientation: 5.0 star rating 11/26/2016 This review is for the dealers free of charge, after-sale service called Mercedes-Benz Technology Orientation. It is a home visiting service so you can pick and choose your convenient location and time for the service. I scheduled mine for a Saturday afternoon. Straight to the point, I highly recommend that anyone who purchase your new or certified MB car take this courtesy service. The service is all about connecting you and your car by walking through every aspect of different functions and unique technologies your MB car can help you not only drive safely but most importantly make driving it more fun. If possible, when you schedule the service ask for Ghali Dajani (Product Technologist) as your service provider. I was very impressed by him for his in-depth knowledge of MB cars and professional characteristics. Prior to the service I came up with my own long list of questions about my car; I am very detail oriented and also wanted to make sure I did take every advantage of the service. Not only he answered all my questions very well but also pointed out a few of my misconceptions to the car. After walking through my car entirely for the next 2.5 hours with detailed explanations yet in laymans terms, he taught me all those not-previously-known features of my car and ensured that I really got to hands-on experience of them. To take the best out of the service, make sure to schedule it only after about a month of driving your new car. By then you must have experienced your car long enough and already came up with a dozen questions you wish to ask a MB professional.

I purchased at bmw x3 from barry at the end of last year, but I waited until now to see how everything went before submitting a review. I knew I was looking for a bmw x3 when I first are looking for a vehicle. Naturally, I went to bmw dealerships around the bay area online to find what they have in stock. After discovering a couple of dealerships at vehicles that met the description I was looking for, I visited weatherford bmw in the east bay. Negotiations deteriorated at weatherford because the staff were unable or unwilling to make concessions that were reasonable. So I begin the search on craigslist while driving back from the dealership to look for other offers. This let me to find a deal from rab motors , so I reached out via phone to find out if the x3 was what I was looking 4. Barry handle the call, and quickly provided all of the information I was looking 4. You is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasnt a mercedes. He was even willing to negotiate price and options over the phone, which I find very rare an admirable. After our conversation, I decided to drive up to san rafael to see the vehicle in person. Barry went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, he introduced me to his management, and gave me all the space I needed in order to make a decision on the vehicle. When I ask for an additional concession, to compensate for an option that was missing Barry was able to make it himself without going to anyone else for approval. After we struck a deal, Barry was very helpful in getting the paperwork processed, getting the loan approved, and getting me out the door in a clean new vehicle as quickly and painlessly as possible. A few days later, and maybe a couple of weeks later as well, Barry followed up via phone and email to make sure everything went to smoothly. Vehicle still runs great, and I am very happy that I purchased it from rab motors, and from Barry in particular.

I have never had better customer service in my life from the minute I stepped in the door to completing the purchase of my C-Class 300 Coupe! It was an amazing experience considering I was in a car dealership! Very unusual but refreshing! I began my journey with Christian Roettgers and completed my journey with Irena Rashkin. Christian was excellent at elucidating in detail the ins and outs of ownership whether it was for leasing or financing. He patiently explained a few cars, ran numbers and most critical, really took the time with me. I enjoyed his professionalism and his relaxed and tolerant manner. He is smart, thoughtful and did not make me feel pressured to buy anything. I appreciated his demeanor. Irena Rashkin is extremely knowledgable and accommodating with wonderful charm and personality! She patiently watched me sitting in several cars front and back and asking a million questions. She is genuine, professional and humorous simultaneously. She has tremendous conversational skills and made it a really enjoyable experience. She went on a test drive with me and was thorough and professional. After I purchased the car, it was very late and she made a point to sit in the car and double check that I felt comfortable driving it. She meticulously reviewed everything and set me at ease as there are many things to learn with all the car has to offer! She even stood by the door and waved good-bye as I left. I felt she made an effort in earnest to make sure I knew I was in good hands. One cannot buy that kind of heartfelt trustworthiness! I am very grateful for having such a positive experience and LOVE my new car!

My wife and I bought a new car from Mercedes-Benz of Marin a few months ago. Our Sales Associate was Christian Roettgers. Overall an outstanding, 5-star experience. My wife had her heart set on a particular model they had in stock, but I wanted to see/drive a few other examples to make sure we were making the right purchase. Im a life-long gear-head, and have owned/worked on a number of American and European performance cars over the years. I know my specs, tech info, dev history, etc., and was well-studied upon entering the showroom. Christian was VERY knowledgeable, and graciously answered every question and addressed all concerns. He was very accommodating with our requests for drives, for info, and even for multiple espressos. There was never any pressure, no feeling of "bait and switch", and it never felt "sales-ish." In the end, my wife got the vehicle she wanted, but because of Christians patience and sincere engagement I was certain it was the best choice. It is her car after all. I love my truck and wont part with it. Yet. But when I do, one of my first stops will definitely be a visit with Christian and Mercedes-Benz of Marin. Also, had the first scheduled service last week. Christian was there with a warm welcome. Tony our service advisor was great and had the car done on time and as promised. The totality of service, facilities, and people at Mercedes-Benz of Marin is exactly what you would expect from Mercedes-Benz; first class all the way. Danke schön!

We worked with Vic Amira to purchase a CPO MB. Both visits and the final close of the deal were absolutely delightful experiences. I went into this with a very frustrated attitude, as I was not in the market for a new car until I was hit by a tourist and my previous car was totaled. This is my first MB, and the experience with Vic surpassed my expectations of the brand. He was really wonderful listening to my needs, not at all pushy, very genuine and honest in his approach to sales. The support of his manager and the finance team were also top notch. This is in contrast to the experience we had at Audi next door, which was so abysmal that it turned me off to the brand entirely. With MB of Marin, you know where to go, you dont get treated like a second class citizen for wanting a CPO instead of a new car, and you really come to understand that this is a business where the customer comes first. After a lot of deliberation we decided on a car, and I must say that the experience with Vic had a lot to do with our final decision. If you are in the market for a luxury car, new or used, I highly recommend a visit to MB of Marin, and go see Vic. I have been a loyal Saab owner for 25 years so this was an emotionally painful and difficult move for me. I was a very reluctant car shopper--not excited at all about the process, not emotionally interested in any other brand, not knowing where to start. Without Vic, I dont know what we would have ended up with. Thanks Vic!
