I wish I would have read the previous review on here before I purchased a car from them. I bought a car from them, after flying all the way from Spokane (multiple times) and it was a disaster! Ross comes across as a very nice guy, who "cares." He fooled me. He even said if I wanted to sell the car back in Spokane he would give me the ladys number who was also inquiring about it. Well I told him about the car and the issues its having and the fact that I was getting it all fixed by an honest mechanic. He would not give me the ladys number because "he doesnt want her to buy a bad car." Well he didnt seem to care that he sold a hard-working family of 5 (all three kids under 8 years old) a bad car. He knew he was selling a lemon and doesnt even bother him. If I could give a zero stars for a rating that would be more accurate. Its a shame they let people like this in the business of selling transportation to people. Left me stranded at the airport while he was "closing a sale." After I came in a taxi, I find out he was chatting with a friend while his daughter filled out paperwork for a sale. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR HERE. PERIOD!

I bought a beautiful older Mercedes E300 from Ross, beautiful car and a great deal. He was honest about some minor work it needed and gave us a great deal. I drove it for several years until someone hit me and totaled it. The insurance adjuster was amazed I wasnt in the hospital and the settlement was a lot more than I paid. I had a great experience and would still be driving that car if I could.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! My fiancés uncle worked here for a very long time and they still sold us a piece of junk. They fixed it up enough to sell then it fell apart after a few months WAY over paid. They stole all of his uncles tools, wages, and his very nice motorcycle after he passed away. Anyone Ive talked to thats bought a car here said they were ripped off.
