I had a motor blow in my Trailblazer. Had to shop around just to find someone who could give me a QUOTE. (Ya know, a hard copy, itemized list of the projected expense?) Several other dealers shot me a simple email, or made a hand-written note. Not James at NW Chevy! Within minutes of talking to him on the phone, I had an OFFICIAL quote emailed to me, with a follow-up phone call to make sure the email and attached quote made it ok. NW Chevy was the ONLY dealership I contacted that met my simple request for the quote, and they got my business. I was not unhappy with my decision! James kept me up to speed on the progress of the repairs, and helped with a few follow up issues (Mostly related to me trying to self-diagnose a non-existent issue... I should stick to diagnosing helicopter issues) I must say James and the team at NW Chevy far exceeded my expectations of the nightmares that are common when that dreaded "clunking/scraping" sound starts coming from your family vehicle. I hope I wont need their services again, but I will not hesitate to return to NW Chevy should I have another catastrophic vehicle failure.

Northwest Chevrolet will be my dealership as long as they are in existence. The service manager, Andrew Wallace, is one of the best I have ever encountered. He is a consummate professional. Andrew takes the time to listen, ask pertinent questions and recap the services that are provided each visit. He works diligently to accommodate my sometimes difficult schedule. I am most pleased with the excellent care the service department has provided all of our vehicles. And I would be remiss if I didnt mention Justin, in finance, Gloria, in reception/front office, Liz, in sales and Mark, in management. All of these team members have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and professionalism. Each has gone out of his or her way to ensure that even the most seemingly trivial need is met. I most recently bought my wife a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. We got a fantastic deal with everyone working in concert to make my wifes dream of owning a Camaro come true. Northwest Chevrolet is my/ our dealership!

We drove out to McKenna from Tacoma after searching the internet for a used truck. Northwest Chevrolet had one that we were very interested in. Lis greeted us and took us right to the truck we wanted to see. Lis was AWESOME and very low-pressure. She was with us for about an hour, she also let us roam on our own but was available if we had any questions. We decided to take the truck for a test drive; however, we decided we needed to look at different trucks at different dealerships to be sure that was the truck we wanted. We spent most of the day going to different dealerships. By the end of the day we were back at Northwest Chevrolet. The customer service from the beginning was one of the biggest reasons why we bought from them. Ryan in financing was AMAZING, he worked with us on finding the lowest interest rate so that we could stay within our budget! We would highly recommend Northwest Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Andrew Wallace and his Service team are outstanding! I went in with an intermittent problem on my Silverado not really expecting it to be fixed. Previous experiences with other dealers had required their technicians to "see" the problem before they would work on it. Andrew listened to the symptoms, took the truck in and they troubleshot and fixed it the same day! I couldnt believe it. I also happened to mention that these new Silverados seemed to have condensation issues and that another dealer had said the problem was fixed, but it wasnt. Andrew asked if I would like them to look at that as well. It took a few days to get the part in, but this problem has been fixed too. Again, an outstanding team and I will certainly be bringing my truck back here for all its future maintenance. Thanks Andrew!

Terrible staff! First of all the sales woman Liz isnt helpful at all and you cant trust her or the finance guy. I told the specifically that I had financing already approved, and that I did not need them to run a credit check. Liz insisted that I still needed to fill it out and that there would be no hard inquiry. In fact, she reassured me by saying "we are not Northwest Mototsports, we will not run a hard inquiry on your credit without your authorization". They did do a hard inquiry damaging my credit score by 12 points. When I confronted her manager, she denied she ever told me she would not run a hard inquiry. And then they tried to low ball me by $4K under my trade in value. I took my business else where and got exactly the trade in value I wanted

3 stars because theyre friendly, prompt, and have cookies in the service department, it was downhill after that. Took my Spark in for a oil change and tire rotation. I discovered (ride felt mushy) they changed the pressure in all 4 tires to 35psi, the sticker on the drivers side door clearly says 40psi, so I had to add air. Looks like they also "forgot to" rotate the tires, even though it was a "oil change and tire rotation service", for $50. Now for the big one: month later, Im a quart low on oil, and looking at a big mess below, they didnt put the oil filter on tight so it leaked (I tightened it), thank god I check this stuff on a regular basis and didnt damage the engine. Im going back to my usual dealer for oil changes.

I have nothing, but great things to say about this dealership. First of all, when I first arrived I was greeted, but not bombarded by 6 different people. My sales person was kind and attentive and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car. Didnt try to push me into additional cars or anything of the sort. Then once I decided on the car I wanted the negotiation process was super simple. They came to me with the best price for both my trade in and the new car. I shopped a couple other dealerships prior and the process here was by far the best! Up front and honest with everything! I absolutely love my new car, and I will forever do business at Northwest Chevrolet! I highly recommend them!

I will never go to another dealership again. I owe my sanity to the service guys at Northwest Chevy. I brought my car in after frantically trying to find a dealership that would help me figure out what was wrong with my crazy Chevy Cruze. After a day of driving it and nothing happening the found the solution. James and the service department worked relentlessly to solve my issue. And just tonight I called James hoping they could find me an available appointment for an oil change ASAP and he did! Amazing customer service and friendly staff. I am a huge Northwest Chevy fan. Thanks again James and all of the service department. You guys are rockstars!

We came from Portland to purchase a hard to find truck. They met with us half an hour before closing and stayed late. Very straight forward without the hassle negotiations. They gave us a very fair price on our trade in and the new vehicle. Prestong was our sales rep and Ryan did the financing. Ryan only ran us with one lender so our credit didnt get slammed with inquiries. They even called back to LOWER our interest rate .75%! I wish we had such great, honest and fast sales reps in PDX. With the drive! I have a bit of a car buying habit so I can compare to at least 8 transactions and this was by far at the top of customer care and deals.
