I am so disappointed. I purchased a washer and within 1 week, the metal frame came loose on one corner. I called and they told me they would be there the next day. Nobody showed up. I waited a few days and called again. I was told again that someone would be there the next day. Again, noboby came. I called a third time and was promised again. The following day, I called the store and they gave me the repair mans phone number. When I called he stated he was too busy to come to my part of town and he would have one of the owners stop by and they lived closer to my home. I waited again and finally called a 4th time and asked for the owner. When I spoke to him, he know of my situation and promised that he would be over to repair it either Saturday or Sunday. It is now Monday morning. My washer that was only loose on one corner is now only being held together by one corner and I am at my wits end. Not sure what else I can do. When I called on Sunday evening to leave a message they didnt even have an answering machine.

I have only had my new/used appliance for a few days but it is working so far so good! Very helpful rep. named Kelly was very patient with me and is very considerate of time. The first day I visited I didnt buy anything I just wanted to look and get the repair Techs number. Had to take an important call that was taking longer than expected, so I had to communicate with her by writing notes to each other, lol, but she was considerate of that. Then when I came back the next day to purchase, she was knowledgeable yet honest...I asked if she could tell what the previous issue was with the washer I was looking at...she said she just honeslty couldnt say based on the amount of appliances that flow in and out... The only thing that bothers me, I have noticed they smoke in the store around the appliances. I wiped my new/used washer with bleach, then did a run with bleach and soap without clothes...I still smell cigarette ... I didnt realize that cigarette smoke can get into metal surfaces....

One of the guys saved me a lot of money. I had purchased a new washer and dryer from Sears and soon after someone told me about this company. I visited their location to see what was available in the store. I didnt see much at the time due to income tax season and a rush of purchases. Thats when I discovered they also serviced appliances. They came out for $45 dollars. The washier that I had hooked up they couldn’t fix, it was shot. However, they noticed another broken one and got it working fine. I cancelled my deliver with Sears and had so much money that I bought a fridge from them. They came on time to service the washier and on time to deliver the fridge. I also give them a plus when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I have recommended them to my mom that has a problem with her oven. Many times satisfied customers dont post. Therefore, I had to write a review when I read the other review.

I have a broken dryer and I called here on a whim to see if theyd come pick it up to buy it. Whoever I spoke with was extremely kind and patient, and gave me several troubleshooting suggestions that I could try before trying to sell it. He was quite frank about replacement costs, and whether or not something would be worth fixing (assuming I identified the right component). To address my earlier intention, they do not come pick up broken dryers but are willing to potentially purchase in the event I could bring the dryer to them. All in all it was a really helpful, friendly phone call and Im glad I tried them! Now to try to fix that dryer...

Very nice and knowledgeable picking out a washer and dryer that clunked out last year mid June. Very good price for the refurbed units, removal of old and install. The washer and dryer still run strong almost a year later. (dont freak out on the paint smell the first few dryer cycles it goes away) Definitely recommend and would go back.

Never bother to show-up. When we called again to reschedule - insisted there was a family emergency and then failed to show a 2nd time. AVOID!!!!
