My wife and I bought a GE top loading washer and dryer 5 weeks ago (march 2017) at this location. Today the washing machine broke. It just stopped working. I called and told them what happened and they told me to call GE. I understand things break, but I spent over $1100 on this product and all I got was "sir you are beyond the one month store warranty" and to call GE because it is there problem now. I have a two year old and a two month old. We do a lot of laundry and GE cant get here to fix it for 12 days. $1100 might not be a lot to some people, but to me it is. I hope they are happy with the $1100 they got from me, because Lowes is right down the road and I will be spending my money there from now on. It is not good when the appliances you sell can only last 5 weeks. Embarrassing.

This store has VERY friendly staff! Everyone who walked by me as I waited for the men to get the hot water heater stopped and asked if I needed anything. Smiles were abundant and very welcoming. I stopped at their competitor down the road just for pricing, etc. it was almost like a ghost town in there. The woman that was helping me made me feel like I was stupid. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy and will probably not shop there again. Thanks Home Depot & keep up the AWESOME job with your staffs customer skills!

Never have I had such a poor experience. Stood in front of a Employee WALT apparently covering for the electrical dept. He was on his cell and talking with apparently a friend. He would no even make eye contact 15 minutes later I ask him how to get 4 ft of wire of spool as I knew I needed some kind of ticket SKU to pay for. He still did not offer help a lady from paint i believe Sally cut the wire and wrote a ticket. She was very helpful but HOME DEPOT YOU ARE WASTING MONEY KEEPING THIS GUY THERE.....

Went for a cordless drill. Not a hammer drill, impact drill, combo drill, etc just a drill. Got what I wanted but I had to wade through dozens of what I wasnt after. While they had everything I was looking for, and the staff was very helpful I just wish there was more of a selection that want scattered they part of an idle and endless displays. Always pleased with Depot and cant remember ever having a bad experience at this location.

Mr.John Wayne is a team player . Very good with the handicap ( head injuries) it made me feel safe , polite, and he really went out of his way too help me. Note : I try too tip him with some money for his great service , and his loyalty to his coworkers he is putting it in the committee funds Too help the needy. Prise God for JOHN WAYNE AT THE FLORENCE KENTUCKY STORE

Literally one of the worst Home Depots to shop at. The customer service is absolutely a disgrace from what it once was. Its not the employees arent knowledgeable about their sections, its that they go out of the way to walk the opposite way when they see you. The returns department is also extremely sub par. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the street to lowes.

Made a 500 dollar online order this store was out of stock and couldnt even transfer it to a store that was in the area and that had it in stock told me my only option was to refund the money and now i cant get my weekend project going until the money is back in my account. I will not return to this location or ill just go to lowes

We were very disappointed in our visit. The you lady in the flooring dept didnt know how to cut carpet and had no way of calling for help. The lady at the customer service desk was too busy to assist us so we left. You lost a sale to Lowes and most likely a customer for good.

The employees at the spiral drive florance KY location do things much better than those at the crescent springs Erlanger KY location. There is hope for sub contractors every where.

Purchased 60 wall blocks with 60 caps. Also 7 bags of pea gravel. Im 68 years old while 3 loading employees stood & watched me load it alone. Not pleased at all.
