I was going to go to rent a center or Aarons for a washer and dryer since I wanted a nice washer/dryer but I couldnt put too much money up at once. No luck in Aarons, I left and was on my way to another Aarons to see if the had something better but on the way I passed a used appliance/furniture store. They stopped selling washer/dryers about a year ago tho so they reffered me to Jims scratch and dent. I went and I was surprised at the selection they had. I assume it would be old beat up stuff but they actually have some nice stuff with GREAT prices. They also give you a 1 year warranty. I would refer them to ANYONE getting any appliances from this store.

Pleasantly surprised! With a family of five I was in desperate need of a reliable washer and dryer. At first I was hesistant to buy used. What stood out most is the quality of service I received. All of my questions were answered thoroughly including where the appliances come from. I got a practically brand new washer and dryer that are quiet, and dependable. They told me the specifics so I could use the appliances properly. The delivery was smooth and painless also. The delivery driver was on time, polite, and efficient. I will gladly use this business again, and recommend to friends and family. Exceptional service, and quality appliances, impressive!

I brought a washer and dryer from them in the beginning of 2016; they had to come out and fix the washer because the piece in the middle was messed up, but the prompt response to fix it was awesome! Everyone should run their business this way! After they fixed the washer; I havent had any issues; purchasing from them was one of best decisions I couldve ever made. With great service like theirs; theyll be putting these over priced rent to own or leasing places to bed!! Keep of the great customer service and providing great merchandize!!

This is an updated review. I had purchased a dryer and it just would not dry my clothes. It was repaired twice to no avail. My schedule was crazy so my frustration level was up. I went and rented a dryer. When the owner heard of my situation, he brought me over a different dryer at a time that was convenient for me. I have finally had time to use it, and I must say it works great. The customer service was great, and I have already recommended co-workers to them. I will be shopping there again in the future.

This place is amazing! They have both new and used, and the prices for both were unbelievable. I purchased a washer dryer set for $300.. Not a piece, but total. Ive been using my set for about a month and Ive had no issues. Good quality appliances at ridiculous prices. Definitely recommend this place.

If I could give them 10 stars I would !! They know what GREAT customer service is.. Walked into the Tammy came and said hello I told her what I was looking for and she made sure when left the store I had a delivery time and it was same day ... I will be telling everyone about this store

I BROUGHT A WASHER/DRYER FROM THEM THAT IS ON THE MARKET FOR $2000. BUT SENT IT HAD A DENT AND MARKES ON IT THEY SOLD IT TO ME FOR $500. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.PLUS I WILL SEND EVERYBODY I KNOW WHO ARE LOOKING FOR APPLIANCES.
