I wish I could give negative stars... 1. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - the store manager is unprofessional and rude 2. Their products are NOT tested (I went through 5 washers before I got one right out of the box that worked: 2 Bosh washers, 3 Samsung washers and 1 LG right out of the box) 3. THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3, yes 3 washers when I only got one (this still has not been fixed and the store is completely unwilling to fix the problem) It took over a month to get a working, deliverable washer I bought a Bosh washer. When the washer arrived. Our plumbing was off for some fixes so they werent able to test it when they delivered. when the water came back on, we foudn out it didnt work(Washer #1) I called the store. They agreed to send me the other bosh washer that was on the store. This time it was tested on delivery. Didnt work. It was sent right back on the truck along with the other one that didnt work. (Washer #2) I came into the store and We scheduled the delivery for ANOTHER washer. We got a call the day it was set to deliver that there were problems with the shipping bolts and couldnt ship. (thats washer # 3 Folks) The store that they could give us a different washer. OK fine, send it. The shipping people noticed extreme scratches on the window and sides and sent a picture. It looked awful! The manager was trying to pawn off more defective washers on us so we said no. (Washer #4) Another washer was selected but that one had pinholes in the waste hose!! (Washer #5) The situation was then elevated to the area manager. He told us to work directly with one particular assistant manager to get a washer that was literally just unwrapped. We literally inspected every inch of the machine and took pictures to ensure they didnt do a switch on us again. We now have a working washer Unfortunately they STILL have not credited me for 2 of the 5 defective washers.

Where do I start? I purchased a portable dishwasher from the Sears Outlet in Florence, KY and paid to have it delivered (this was a Monday). I was called the next day to ask about an extended warranty, which I declined, and they said someone would call me soon to let me know when it would be delivered. Okay, I thought, they were on the ball, cool. By Thursday, no call, so I called the store (also talked to the chat online, which was the worst I have ever had). The girl said that the person who does this was not there, they would call me tomorrow (Friday). No call, so about 45 minutes before they closed, I called and finally got the answer that they would deliver Sunday. Gee, Im glad they let me know in advance (bull). They brought the item with 20 minutes of warning instead of the two hours I was supposed to have, luckily I was near home. The item was supposed to be a refurb, but it looked like it had been in a brawl. As long as it works, fine, though they should disclose any cosmetic issues. I ordered an install kit and cord, not realizing that I did not need to, so I chatted again (worthless) and they said that the items must be returned to the same store, not my local Outlet. So, I would have to drive to KY from Dayton, OH to return $30 worth of stuff I dont need. Is this 1990? If I buy at Best Buy, I can return to any Best Buy and so it is for every store that I can think of. Sears needs to get with the modern times, or close up shop. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Sears or their Outlets again, and I am seriously thinking of returning ALL the items to their store and ordering from Best Buy.

Retail Sales is a rough business. Especially when you have management as bad as Sears Corp and Eddie Lampert. However, given this is an outlet and the reasons you go there is you are not looking for perfect but good enough, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the service. 1) Sales person was professional - did her Job - tried to up sell a $129.00 3 year extended warrant on a $280.00 Dishwasher. Then tried to sell me a connector kit - (overpriced $21.00 vs $15.00at HD). You gotta try to make money somewhere. She did the paperwork had me loaded and on the way in about 15 minutes. (Nice work) 2) I got the Dishwasher home tested it and it worked - only one problem - Junction box was missing (Where the electric wires connect). Called the store - could tell the person wasnt exactly sure the process, but i found the part and Part# on line - He committed to ordering the part and having it shipped. It arrived 48hours later my dishwasher is up and running. Saved $439 on the appliance and Saved $150-$200 on the installation. So overall I was able to save about $600. for a scratch on the handle and a scratch on bottom corner. Remember - upselling is the dirty part of retail - everyone tries it, just be friendly and say no thank you. Great service after the sale. Well done - The next time I need an appliance I will check your website first. (Excellent inventory list and Pictures)

Poor Very Poor. The buying process was easy the staff was professional and helpful. However the delivery was a an absolute nightmare. Let me start by saying I have a archway coming into my property with about 12 foot of clearance. I told the store rep I bought the fridge from about it and that they could fit a UPS truck under it but it was tight. She assured me there would not be a problem. The date of delivery they said they were unable to get the truck through. I offered to drive my pickup to it to meet them and they stated they could not do that for liability reasons and would come back with a smaller truck. The original delivery time was 2 hours prior to what they told me the previous day. I called asked them what the issue was and was told there was no reason they coudnt load it in my truck. I asked if they could just turn around and come back since it was 2 hours prior to the delivery time in the first place and said they could not . So they came back the next delivery date. And said I would have to drive out to meet them and they would load it. In my truck. I feel lied to and my time was wasted. Not worth paying for the delivery service. Also looking at pricing their scratch and dent / refurbished deals are only about $100 cheaper than a brand new same model fridge from home depot or lowes. I will not be back.

My experience was outstanding. I have made several purchases recently. A nice chair and treadmill were gifts to myself. Then my old dryer kicked the bucket so I went back to see what they had. I ended up getting a higher end Maytag set that were scratch and dent but run like a charm. I the course of these purchases 2 salesman and the store manager helped me considerably with choosing the right machines for me. Tina, the young attractive professional minded manager spent a great deal of time with me to get the financing done and to explain the protection plan I would want on the machines I bought. I found her to be passionate about her job and watched her invest herself in the stores presentation and function. I purchased $1800 washer/dryer set for $1400 that I honestly never thought I could get. They will be my first stop when shopping do to my experiences there.
