I called Tim about my dryer not heating, he told me how to get the part off and bring to him so he could test to see what it needed. He tested it and determined the heating element was bad, ordered it and I was drying clothes the same day. He probably saved me $100 by not having to call a service tech, I would recommend Tim to anyone needing appliance parts, he has the knowledge and experience to make it right.

Tim is my GO-TO guy for appliance parts. Hes always friendly and knows what we need! Hes helped me fix the water heater, the stove, & the dryer on many occasions! He only accepts cash or check but its so nice to be able to have a knowledgeable person to speak with and get the part the same day in most cases!
