I have rental properties and have worked with this company 4 times now and I have been happy with the service each time. I have had 3 repairs and paid very reasonable price compared to other repair places. I like that they come prepared for the jobs with parts in the truck so its a one time visit. I also bought a used dryer for my personal home and it did have a problem within thirty days of the warranty and they fixed it free of charge. I purchased a nice glass top electric black and stainless steel stove for my rental approximately 2 years ago at a great price and its working well. My tenants love it.

Do not buy from this place. They have alot of negative reviews, and some fake positive ones. Their BBB rating is F. We bought a used refrigerator that was refurbished by them. They were to deliver it and take the old one. Two scrawny teenage boys deliver the refrigerator, and say the old was was to heavy for them. They said someone else would be here to get the old one. The refrigerator never worked,. After multiple calls and visits to there, and all the promises to fix or replace it, nothing. We are out the money and stuck with two broken refrigerators.

The most unprofessional "business" Ive ever tried to work with. I had an appointment set up they never took any info just asked for a text for the address and business hours.. Next day I checked to see if we still had an appointment set up and they said yes. They never showed up and we never received a phone call With an expected time or anything. This place is a joke, do not call them for anything. Terrible!!

Check the Better Business Bureau rating on Daily Appliance. Its a well deserved F! They didnt even show up first time around, sadly I rescheduled. They have no clue what they are doing - charged us for something that wasnt even broke. They outright lied to us. Buyer beware on this business - call a certified repairman if you need something fixed.

Company did not deliver on scheduled date. Refused to cancel order and refund charges. Rescheduled and again did not show up. Contacting OH Attorney General, BBB, and canceling charges with Credit Card Company. Please use caution. Please make sure you use a CC if you make a purchase here to protect yourself.

Great experience, super quick and efficient! I thought my garbage disposal went completely out, but that wasnt the case. It turned out to be a simple five minute fix and they saved me lots of money. Thank goodness I called them first, before just buying a new one. Highly recommend this company!

They suck , I purchase a refrigerator for Three hundred and fifty dollars and it was supposed to have a 30 day warranty. It went out 3 days latter and they would not even come out to look at it and wouldnt return any money . They are thieves ..Buyer Beware!!!!
