We have a 350 gallon propane tank. FULL is considered 80% so as to leave an air space for expansion due to the Sun. That means full = 280 gallons. We got a fill Friday. The gauge was reading 5%. That`s 17.5 gallons. I disassembled all the components when I bought the tank a few years ago for sandblasting and painting. The gauge is totally mechanical and is fail proof and the float is 4 inches above the bottom when it reads ZERO%. So...at empty, it still has about 20 gallons in it. Yesterday when he came, there was about 37 gallons in it so he should have added about 240+/- gallons. Lisa calls me at work and says "Blossman came and the bill is over $1000! Is that right?" How could the truck`s measuring system that is checked by the Department of Agriculture for calibration, show the driver put in 384.1 gallons and charged us about 280.00 too much.

I purchased a house in January. The previous owner had rented a propane tank from Blossman. He called an canceled the rental prior to closing but they wouldnt pick up the tank. After closing, my real estate agent called the selling agent and had him contact the company again. He tried several times. Finally I called and was told the would pick it up within two weeks. Two weeks passes and I tried finding out what to do from the closing attorney; who wouldnt return my calls. Today (April 12), they showed up unannounced at dinner time to pickup the tank, I was headed out so I told them sorry. My thoughts of this company is simple. They only care about themselves and dont stand behind the word. There are other companies out there; dont get mixed up with these guys.

Blossman gas is the worst gas company I have ever done business with. Extremely unprofessional and nothing but one problem after another.
