Hard to believe the once mighty Sears is now just a hole in the wall. It is located inside a former Dollar General store. Sears used to be the "anchor store" of most shopping centers. Now this one sits literally in the shadows of the Walmart Neighborhood Market next door.

Terrible. Absolutely no customer service. Went in there today to buy a frig, there was three employees at the counter, one was ordering a pizza and the other two just sitting there, none of them even bothered to help us. Its ok we bought a $3K frig elsewhere.

Pay for a 3 year warranty cant even get a tech come look to make sure my appliance is okay. After I was told they would. Then get multiple calls saying they have to reschedule my appointment and being very rude. Great service you have at the Tatescreek Sears.

Small one-room store mostly for appliances. Clerks are not particularly knowledgeable. I was trying to buy a new stove and the clerk could not tell me if I needed new fittings.

I wish it was bigger but it is still nice.
