Recently bought a washer and dryer set through this sears. While I was there there were many customers already dissatisfied with their service and the employees seemed to not be concerned with the consumer. They dont not include their own delivery service so I payed an employee before I left to return home to move my current washer and dryer set. The already payed employee ( payed him directly not the company for delivery ) he was suppose to deliver that day. I called coporate to maybe see of the status of my order but they did not fill out my information correctly. My products havent arrived. Do not shop at this sears terrible customer service and dishonest employees. I would recommend any other appliance store
