I was in the Harrison. Store purchasing a tool and impact combo and other items.. one of therecommendation employees followed me around like a lost puppy asking if I needed help 30x atleast. I used to work in loss prevention in another big chain store so I knew what he was doin., he thought because I had 600 dollars in merchandise in my cart I was a thief! Well that really Pisces me off he would pop his head around corners or look at me threw the shelfs. So finally the last time he asked me if I need help with his little smerk. On his face, I pulled 900 dollars out of my wallet counted it in front of him and shoved him my cart and said Ill never come here again and he frantically staryes to apologize...worst experience ever never Goin there again made me feel so uncomfortabke... Found what I needed online for $250 cheaper!!!! So thank you home Depot for giving me the opportunity to purchase somewhere else to save me all that money!!

We ordered a gas dryer from Home Depot and had it delivered to my home. Ill admit we at first went to Lowes because it is closer to my house, however they wouldnt hook it up because its gas. They have a third party hook it up for an extra $130. When I called Home Depot they said they would hook it up for no extra charge. Delivery day comes and we had an early delivery, they were here 20 minutes after they called, which is amazing. And they had my dryer hooked up and working 20 minutes after they got here. I will definitely be returning to Home Depot even with the extra drive.

I usually dread going in home improvement stores and get discouraged very easily while there. However we visited this store today and WOW the staff was excellent went above and beyond to answer our questions, acknowledged our 3 year old, helped us load our purchase into our car and took both the cart our daughter was riding in and the larger one we used for purchase back for us. Help was not asked it was offered. We will definitely make the trip back to this store for our future wants and needs. Thanks to all

Sandy and Mike have been tremendously helpful in helping me find pieces to a patio set I fell in love with at another store. I wanted more of the set and bc it was clearanced, these pieces are hard to find. Sandy and Mike went above and beyond to ensure my pieces were found and held them until I could get them. Good store! Wish it could be my regular but I live in nky.

Employees are always nice even though I wonder if they listen to the question asked or go off on to their own tangent? Thats alright though, nice and polite is the important part. Also, had a snafu where my husband and I spent 3+ hours looking from store to store for an end cabinet an employee said was always in stock. That sucked but overall experience was good.

I have always gotten great customer service here. The store is clean and organized. The staff ar the paint counter are friendly. Thanks for my fixer upper Ive gotten to know the people at the register too well. I will shop this store first before anywhere else. Thanks for A+ attitude and customer service!!

Jim from the kitchen appliances is the BEST! Also as I cancelled a dishwasher that I had delivered to the Harrison store, and bought a different model. The customer service rep called me and was able to refund my account over the phone! Absolutely great!

The store has everything for all you diy needs. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable in helping me find what I need for all my projects. I think it is the best hardware store in the area.

Horrible service paid over 4,000.00 for item needed it delivered purchase was made on Saturday they cant deliver till Thursday. They suck in my opinion. And workers were rude.
