My brother was visiting from out of town and was needing a new tire and wheel for his small cargo trailer. He had checked at several stores in Cincinnati and other places and could not find anything in stock. Since I live in Brookville, IN, and was told by other people that the Firestone store had the best deal on tires, we decided to give them a try. Not only did they have the exact tire and wheel he needed, their price was almost $50 less than what he had been quoted from other stores. They have my business!

Well I went in for a standard oil change and they failed to let me know they jb welded my oil cap on and compacted the dang thing so bad I couldnt change my oil for a year because I would have to take it to a shop to pay $60 plus the price of an oil change $22 if they would of been able to get the cap.I do not appreciate being dooped and none of them telling me what they did. We will not be using them ever again.

We had a tire blow on our boat trailer, we called the store and they had the tire. Within 30 min they came out where we were stuck, changed the tire and we were back on the road. Great fast service!
