I was profiled based on my appearance. I know this because I was denied a sale for choosing not to present my ID during a credit card purchase. According to Michigan state law I dont have to present my ID for any purchase that does not require an ID, tobacco, alcohol etc. It tells me that this retail chain does not trust there customers, and they are willing to violate everyones constitutional rights under the name of "protection". Both Lee, and Sue the GM where very helpful until there "policy" got in the way of providing me the products I wanted. Over a month ago my friend told me that they checked peoples ID for credit/debit card transactions. I told him they never check mine, did you look suspicious? He said no he was dirty and dressed in his work clothes. So I decided to dress nice and go make a purchase with my card like normal. I was not asked to present ID. Tonight I dressed in my camo hunting clothes and got a different result. The home team associate Lee said, and I quote "usually people that dont want to show there ID are up to something illegal" end quote. We are supposed to be Innocent until proven guilty. Best Buy wants to assume guilt until proven innocent, they dont trust there customers, and they profile them. I will not ever shop there again, unless they change there constitutional right violating policy.

I originally went in to buy the 6 Movie box set of Star Wars. When I got there, they had sold out of all of them, and so I decided to buy both trilogy sets. We found one, then had to search for the other. My associate ended up having half the store looking for it and one best buy employee said he would go look in the stock room for it just in case. When he came back from the truck that had just got done unloading, he found the trilogy, but also found the 6 movie box set I had originally came in for. It may have taken a few minutes, but the helpfulness of everyone looking and their willingness to try and find it is why I go to Best Buy for things that I want in movies, music, and electronics.

While I was checking a price of a item a employee came up and was very rude! The 1st thing he said was "you dont need to play with that" Im a Best Buy employee 1st off so you should never say that to a customer he should have asked "if I needed any help" because even being a employee of a awesome Best Buy in SC I was treated horrible from the Battle Creek BestBuy! These employees need to be trained better on how to treat a customer and I know there are most likely some awesome people in the store but the one guy that came up to me gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever received!

I couldnt have asked for a better customer service experience, than what I got today. The last 7 mouths, dealing with Geek Squad, about a computer that was bought there. But hasnt worked since day 1. Turned Best Buy, into a complete nightmare for my husband, and I. Today, Sue and JD {Justin}, showed me that Best Buy, Actually does have employees that care about their customers, and go out of their way to make sure everything was right, and taken care of. Thank You, JD, and Sue. For making an already stressful day. Into a calmer, less stressful, and a very enjoyable experience!!

Brian one of the managers is very rude and unfriendly, had a horrible experience, had to get corporate involved for a resolution. Not happy with BC store and local GM not helpful and slow to respond. If it wasnt for corporate response Id never go to another Best Buy. I will now. Just not the Battle Creek one ever. I followed up regarding it Brian was put on a development plan for customer service but never received a response. Seems no response is their MO unless you are buying. When you want support after the sale, whats that?

Scott the manager there was just so so rude! I was the customer he made me feel just terrible! I will not be shopping there!!!! Really sad when the MANAGER can not give customers excellent service. Maybe he had a bad day...but no excuse for the way I was treated! I thought Best Buy was supposed to be a great friendly place to shop. It was the complete opposite unfriendly and just cruel!

I had to bring my laptop in for repair and it was covered by Geek Squad protection. They sent it overnight for repair free of charge. It needed to be replaced and they set me up with a new computer almost identical to my year old model and dropped the price so I didnt have to pay any extra. So grateful to the employees here!

A Best Buy employee at the Harper Village store--Terry, a Geek Squad member--is one of the most conscientious Best Buy representatives EVER! He is so kind, so helpful, and so knowledgable.....I never have to worry about my help desk experience with him at my service. He is an exemplary employee--so valuable!

The only Best buy around BC, I dont mind it except I broke my Macbooks Keyboard from water damage and they were saying it would cost around 600$ and be sent off for 3 months. There arent any apple stores near by so it was disappointing. Besides that all my electronics are typically bought here.

Im only giving this 4 stars because they do not offer installation on car audio which is very inconvenient. I had to travel to Kalamazoo and buy extra parts to have my stereo installed when I bought it from the battle Creek location. Bummer.... Customer service is excellent however.

Was disappointed yet again in this location. Employee I dealt with today kind of answered my questions about car radios but then proceeded to tell me to wait at least a month before having them install, and walked away. Didnt seem to enthusiastic to be asked about car radios.

Checking on cell phone, ask about Galaxy s-6, they didnt have it.ask if it could be order it he told me go to Verizon, they might can..then another guy came and talk to me that was far better informed and would look availablity for me.

I received great customer care when I was upgrading my phones. The friendly staff was right there, answering all my questions, helping me figure out which phone was best for me. I would recommend this store if you need a new phone!

Couldnt get a salesperson to help for over 30 minutes. Once I got assistance they didnt know squat about the product. Told me to go online. Why have a store if youre just going to send me to your website? On to Amazon.

Worst time ever ! Bought 2 tablets at Christmas for our girls had to take 1 in to be repaired last week and the second one this week they wont do because I didnt buy the extra warranty . I will never shop here again!!

They profile people. They think someone is stealing i had to have my item walked up to the counter then leaving 2 people walk out before me they did not check their receipts but checked mine. Theyre horrible
