On December 7th we paid $160 to have a sensor light repaired on our Maytag range. Their repair person was not particularly amiable, and arrived after their service window. On January 16th advised them this light was not working. The Hagedorn representative told me their work is only covered for 30 days, and that fixing the issue correctly would not be covered. Hagedorn will not back up their service for 5 WEEKS, and we will not be using their "services" again.

Came home from vacation to find out everything in the freezer was thawed and the refrigerator was not very cold. Did not want to call the big box people because everything is outsourced and Ive heard a lot of complaints. My neighbor said they always use Hagedorn Appliances and they are local. They came out the next day and thankfully it was only a relay switch. So grateful for Tonys kindness and the fast service. Thanks again!!

True customer service is sometimes only known when you have a problem. I bought a freezer that failed immediately. They promptly assessed and attempted repair. After the repair was unsuccessful it was replaced the following day! Never will you get that from a big-box! Service is outstanding. Thank you guys. Scott Fleckinger

$90 service call fee + $65 one hour labor fee +$115 for a timer for dryer = $270 +tax. YIKES!!!! and then the repair person leaves with no handshake and thank you for your business. (the 25 minutes the repair person was here. They were are the phone with tech to figure out the problem)

Bought my entire kitchen and stocked it with Bosch Appliances from Hagedorn Appliances when we remodeled 2 years ago. They are knowledgeable and service what they sell! So I figure why not buy my appliances from the people who know the most. They have been around forever.

Love my new washer and dryer! Went in for a washer and dryer and were impressed by how helpful they were. We had a limited space to work with they gave me several suggestions on what would be best for us and how to make it fit in the space we had available.

This is a great place to go if you appreciate knowledgeable sales people and a traditional business. I thought the prices were great even after checking out the big box stores. I would prefer to do business here than one of those any day of the week.
