This is one of the worst Home Depots around Metro Atlanta area, I have been in here numerous times and never been asked for help by employees. They usually are talking to each other, and when you ask for help its a inconvenience for them to stop there conversation and help a paying customer. Secondly they allowed my Business credit card be used on a transaction that I didnt authorize. I was told by store management that they would have to contact corporate to get my refund. So I called Corporate after waiting 30 days and not getting any results from the store management team, and guess what I was told Corporate doesnt do refunds and I would have to contact the store and my bank. So know I will have an inactive Credit card cause an employee decided to use a card that wasnt presented in the store. Corporate says nothing we can do file dispute. I spend about 15k a month at Home depot around Metro Atlanta, and havent ever been treated like this before. I would say the best thing that could happen to this store is clean out the management team. And maybe we as a business should take our business to another corporation completely!

Went to this home depot tonight to return something and was not able to for the first time, the lady there her name is CHAN was not professional at all. I waited 10 minutes in line with one person in front of me and when I got my turn Chan got on the phone and made me wait another 5 when she got off the phone she called the person on the phone stupid. And when she finally talked to me she said that the item I wanted to return the package was open and if I wanted to wait for her to call and somebody and ask then she pretended not to understand me because of my accent. I told her I did not have any more time to wait and I had to go and she said fine!! I wont be going back there shopping unless its an emergency. good thing we have Lowes right down the road.

This is by far the worst customer service ever and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I bought a $1300 fridge on their 4th of July sale from here and the company they subcontract their delivery to never showed up twice! Worse is that they lied about calling me both times when we were waiting at the house both days and they never showed up. Home Depot did not accommodate us at all but instead told us to wait until their next available appointment which of course is another 2 and a half week away. How are they still in business with such terrible customer service??? I guess they believe that people spend $1300 every day on fridges and dont care about having it delivered at all. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD in this day and age, DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS.

Between the great customer service and the amazing customer service this home depot beats them all bar none. The employees are knowledgeable, each staff member serves in their area of expertise and they projects or jobs extremely simple. Jason and Chris at the pro desk are the best at what they do. Them two together are unmatched. They set examples every home depot should follow

I love how the people here care and worry about your needs. A friend of mine drives over 10 miles because he love to shop here. I came in for the first time and right of way you could feel the willingness and help from every person here. Specifically the customer service team. Keep it up

I have been shopping here for years and I must say this one of my favorite. The staff in outside garden are knowledgeable and really work to make you happy. I have even had some questionable returns and they went out of there way to make me happy.

I used to work at this store. I like it because its clean and well stocked. If they are out of stock, theyll order it quicly. Once you find a floor associatek they are usually very helpful and knowledgeable.
