Highly disappointed in these workers. Bad management, bad communication, and very disrespectful. Called about a 44 in toolbox. The man said they had 2 in stock but werent sure. He told us to drive down because he was sure that there was at least one in stock but was gonna check. Drove 30 miles down, grabbed the card to purchase, when we got to the register. The cashier said there wasnt any in stock. They had our number. If he couldnt find another in stock, he should have called us back. Instead, he told the cashier that he had told us that there wasnt one in stock. So, he clearly lied to us. I give them a 1 star for customer service. Terrible.

Every time I buy a particular cut off saw, the same problem exists when I attempt to change the blade. The screw will not come out. I am now on my second saw and this time they wont stand behind the replacement. Nothing at all wrong with the saw, its the screw that holds the 2" blade on cant be removed. I always remove the blade at the store before purchasing, but when it heats up, the screw head strips. Please stand behind your merchandise you sell..

Disrespectful employees. Amber being the number one. All other employees seemed to follow her lead. Horrible management. This management system must be improved. The company I work for Taylor Construction in Roswell Georgia has "sworn off any further purchases" all due the the incident in store at bells Ferry rd. Manager Amber.

Very unwelcoming cashier didnt speak, didnt say thank you for your visit our anything i almost felt like i did something to piss him off with my visit today and to top it off he didnt put my welding rods in the bag so now i have to put a project on hold till tomorrow when they open.

This is not the largest HF Ive been to, but I have found the employees to be very polite and helpful. As with all HF you need to check the reviews on items because some tools dont hold up but the have a great selection and post reviews on the webpages so whats not to like!

Love, love, love this store .... its not just for the guys. Theres something for everyone!! That is, unless you are too good to shop at a tool store. If so, Im sure theres a store for "tools" down the road where you will be happy.

I bought a drill press from here thinking the price was too good to be true and sure enough I was right. It can barely go through a 2 X 4. Theyre terribly understaffed at the moment and the selection is nothing to rave about.

Great selection of tools/ hardware. Staff was friendly enough, but definitely self service type of place. The staff didnt seem to have the knowledge if you were unsure exactly what you needed.

Find that weird tool that only works for one thing, and find it on the cheap. Also a random old lady ran up to me and handed me a coupon for no reason at all, still have no idea on that.
