Not your same Arcanum Hardware any longer! Its a shame it was sold and got new owners! You cant go in with out being stalked by one of the 10 people running around asking if you need help and they dont take no for a answer! Service department is no longer the high level it used to be. And forget about tires and service thats gone! Its a small town hardware that should of been left alone not changed!

I love having a local hardware store with such variety. We farm and they have things we need for that. I can find cleaners for my home I cant find in he chain stores. The housewares are great too. I was sorry to see the Erdmans sell it, but thankful it was purchased by a good group and is still going strong.

has lots to look around at .. can find things there that i need other places dont carry or may not have .. get items i know other places dont have and the people ... well, they are just good ole home town folk.. love to go there. awesome !

Friendly staff out front but service department has taken a hit with new owners. Very unsatisfied with condition of my lawnmower after being serviced. I got my chainsaw back with the chain on backwards! Used to be such a nice store.
