Ive normally heard great things about this Ace Hardware store from other people, which kind of makes me sad I have to write this review. However, I purchased a craftsman power washer with a honda engine about a month ago from this store. About a $400 purchase. I have some big projects this spring and I had confidence that this was a good quality product that would get those jobs done, as well as a product that I would have for a long time and not have to replace. I got it home and it ran for 3 hours and shut off. I was really disappointed... I am also not someone that returns things often. I took the pressure washer back to the store and they said they would fix the issue. At this point, I didnt make a fuss cause all I cared about is having a working pressure washer. I took it home and it didnt start-up. I took it back again and asked to take it back and they said they had a no return policy for machinery. They took it back to the shop to fix it again. I just powered it on and it ran for 30 minutes and shut off and wont start up again. Im highly disappointed. I essentially bought a product for $400 that doesnt work and is a mess and they wont return it or replace it with a new one. I am going to be taking this pressure washer back ... once again. I would highly advise if you have a no return policy for machinery that the machinery that you are selling is in working order.

I bought a Stihl trimmer from them that they said was tested before selling it to me. I tried to start the trimmer (per the manual) for 30 minutes the next day, it finally started and used for 20 minutes and idled rough the whole time. Days later, I couldnt get it start at all. I have had (8) two and (2) four cycle power equipment for 15 years without any difficulties. When I tried to return the defective trimmer, the condescending manager told me that they dont accept any returns or exchanges. This was not stated on any of the paperwork that I received nor was it mentioned during the sale. He proceeded to tell me that I had flooded it and the rough idle would resolve itself after 5 minutes of use. They dont care less about pleasing their customers or any repeat business after they have your money. Believe the negative reviews and dont find out first hand like I did.

Today My boyfriend asked me to pick up something from Morgans, theyre usually pretty helpful. Today was not that day, once I found someone behind the counter in the back of the store where the auto parts were, asked for some 1 inch screws (I had 1 part and needed 6 more) he just pointed and and said theyre on aisle 21, no help was offered AT ALL! I figured it out for myself after 10 minutes of trying to figure out what I was looking for. So something caught my eye so I went browsing, at that time a young man near the front door asked me if I needed any help. That was the only time I was asked if I needed help. No one else seem to care. When checking out. The young ladies up front were more concerned with their conversation than good customer service. Sorry I dont mean to interrupt, but you are on the job. Act like it.

Snow Sleds: What a great time we had waiting on snow sleds to arrive, inside Morgan Ace, on Jan. 6. They even provided parking staff to help us find a space in the small lot. About 100 of us waited 3 hours in a long line wrapped around and through the isles of products I didnt know existed. They provided buckets for us to sit on and constant updates of delayed delivery time. Everyone in line was friendly, joking and calm (my wish for 2017 for all). When the sleds arrived it was efficient and quick to get them and check out. I will return for more than sleds the next time. Thank you Morgan Ace!

In a world where everybody is trying to take a advantage of people, its refreshing to have place like Morgan Ace Hardware thats very honest. My Toro mower messed up and we randomly chose Morgan Ace as the place to have it fixed. We dropped it off and it was fixed a week later.. The day after we got it back, it broke again ( different problems).. In stead of being like most places, they sent their own truck to pick it up and didnt charge us a dime. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and most of all HONESTY....

I needed a fs91r and a br700 fast for my business. I called and spoke with Robert who is over the lawn equipment and he had it ready for me when I walked in the door. Talk about customer service, this guy has had my business for 4 years now. From the very bringing when I started out in lawn care Robert helped me get everything set up. He takes the time to go over the features and see what best fits your needs. I wouldnt do business with anyone else. Go see Robert and tell him Logan with L.A. Lawns sent you!

If you want cheapest initial price, skip this store. If you want the best long term value or want your (worth servicing) equipment fixed or maintained, there simply is no better business to buy from north of 285. The staff, product lines, integrity and sage advice at this Ace are the best Ive found in 25+ years of home ownership and running equipment). I do miss Chadwicks old store but thats ancient history now...

I have liked this store and gone to this store for years. But this year, theyve become practically cultish about Stihl. While you can still get any brand saws chain sharpened, youre going to have to get past several bouncers if you want to make it to the back counter. Else take the chain off the saw. Theyre going to put it back on upside down/backwards anyway, presumably just to get their point across.

I needed a lawn mower blade sharpened. My wife contacted them first. They were very friendly and said they could take care of it on the spot. She took it to them and they had it sharpened in about 10 to 15 minutes, charged $7 and she was out the door.

Great family-owned local hardware store. I always find what Im looking for and more when I go into the store. Its surprisingly they have sales on the Big Green Egg and Yeti Coolers when other stores dont. Shop local!

Im not giving this a good or a bad, just saying that I did a google research in Woodstock, GA, for small engine repair and they came up as #1. But, know in advance, they only service Stihl brand.

Ive been going to this locally owned and operated Ace Hardware since i was a child. They stock many hard to find items. They sale boots and Carhartt brands. Very friendly helpful staff.
