The employees go above and beyond to help us every time we go there. They are our "go to" place over the bigger home improvement stores. Its closer than the bigger stores, its a smaller foot print than the big stores (so less walking), and the Ace employees actually greet us as soon as we walk in and help us locate exactly what we came for... all of these make a HUGE time saver for getting in and out quickly. If were working on a home project and need something in the middle of it, its easier to go to Ace hardware. If youre accustomed to spending gas and time driving to the larger stores, hunting for help and walking a mile for a single item, Ace Hardware is the upgrade for you. We love this place!!

Awful !!! I ordered plastic clips in store. I went to go check on order as i was suppose to have gotten a call last week already. I have never been treated more rudly by anyone like I was today with lady at register. Rude remarks, sighing banging of things, rude to the poor guy helping me and rude to another customer. I will never go to this ACE store again. Like she suggested not to come in store and order online I will. But from Lowes down the street.

Great Place! They even let us set up a car wash in the parking lot to make money for our baseball team. We will be there on October 20th, 2012 from 8:30 am. Come by and see us and buy something from them. Thanks, Cherokee Cobra Baseball.
