This is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever had the experience of working with. We purchased a new home, and came to home depot to pick out and have new blinds installed. Thats what these places are for right? All in the our experience was a nightmare. They were late to do the measure for the order- like 5 hours late, they misplaced out order- then they found it and it took twice as long as they told us. When the order arrived (after we called them about 100000 times and no one knew what we ordered, or where it was, or anything every time we called) they left our entire order of blinds just sitting on our porch- awesome, we were told they would be sent to the installer and they would come get them. No one ever mentioned the fact that they would be dropped off with no warning and we would then have to lug them all inside and live with the boxes sitting on our floor for 2 weeks. They actual GUY that came and did the install seemed like a nice guy but the over all service by the home depot was absolutely embarrassingly poor. When we would get someone on the phone to talk to, they blamed everyone else they could besides themselves. Our blinds were WRONG. Instead of ordering 2 or even 3 separate blinds for windows that were next to each other they sent ONE GIANT blind that covered all of them. They look horrible. My husband ended up doing nothing about it because they were so difficult to work with it just isnt worth it. we will just have to order them from somewhere that knows what they are doing. The one blind that did have to be reordered because it didnt fit any window in our house at all showed up and we ended up having to install it ourselves as they never sent anyone to do it. They did finally call me to "check" on the blind and Ella the worlds WORST customer service specialist said "we tried to call you"- no you absolutely didnt. You have my cell phone and even if I missed your call, there would be a record. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS STORE, THEY RUINED OUR FIRST HOMES WINDOWS.

Total fiasco. The most amazing thing about this review is this store is across the expressway from Home Depot global HQ. Tried to return 4 Crystal water jugs. I showed them jugs to the cashier, register 5 (3/13/16 6:45pm) but then there was only one jug with a handle, so I opted to get the jug deposit refund, and just buy the one jug. The Cashier refused to refund the jug. Then she lied to her register supervisor,Trey, saying she did not refuse to refund the jugs. I also asked her to call a manager, but she said she was not allowed to do so. The cashier supervisor, Trey, escorted me to customer service where a sullen woman, Princessm asked me for a receipt for jugs that were already turned in and have no SKU. Luckily, she eventually found a relevant transaction that would allow me to get the refund. I asked for 3 jugs to be refunded and was buying one replacement. She refunded all four, and then acted annoyed when I wanted to buy the replacement at her register. All the while, during the over 30 minutes took, the manager never did emerge. While waiting at customer service, I expressed my amazement at all of this, and let Princess know my older Lab, Conner, is at home, and will likely have to be put to sleep tomorrow morning. I simply wanted to get out of the house and run an errand before the long night of vigil that lay ahead. She did not express one kind word, and completely ignored my sharing this fact. She is an unsympathetic person who obviously should not be on the customer service desk. That said, while I was in the parking lot typing this, I ran into Trey, and he was just amazed. I think he did his best to help, but is surrounded by callous and unintelligent people who could care less about customers.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! IM CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT!!! This is the worst experience trying to purchase a refrigerator. The first one purchased floor unit at the Austell store, It came and the third-party delivery guys refused to bring it into the home despite the note on the instructions that the kitchen is on the 2nd level of the townhouse. Paid other contractors to bring the fridge in only to discover that the fridge did not work. Called Austell Home Depot to come back and remove fridge and credit my account. In the process of removing the non-working refrigerator that removed my front door once again, and installed it back incorrectly, Now my door does not align properly. Tried again wth the Vinnings Home Depot and again 3rd party delivery removed my front door to get it in the home despite my objections and concerns. Front door damage from Home Depot delivery and retrievals are horrible. But Ill be getting my new front door from Lowes!!!! Let me just add. I purchased same brand LG and size fridge from Best Buy 2 years prior and it was delivered by one man, with some lift tool and took less than an hour to install No door removal needed, no scratched up walls or flow, no torn down bannisters.. KUDOS Best Buy.. I guess I should have stuck with Best Buy

Horrible experience when ordering blinds. Website was not clear when scheduling the blind measurements. When they came to measure I was told it was not for Home Depot but another company. So to "make it easier for me" I was told to go to the store and schedule (and pay for) another measurement. Once that was done the contractor who did the 1st measurements would send them to this 2nd measurement so another person would not have to come out. Ok, fine! Days later, once that was done, I was able to pay for the blinds (NOT custom ordered blinds - just off the shelf & cut). I paid for them over the phone and went to pick them up. Got them home and discovered there were 2 missing. None of the boxes were labeled so no idea what went where. Had to bring them all back for them to see what was missing. Left with, what I thought was all the right blinds & properly marked boxes (trip 2). Only to get a call the next day saying they never put the cut blinds back in the box so .. back to the store I went (trip #3). AWFUL EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN!

I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot. I own a flooring company and I have Home Depot as my preferred store to purchase tools and material. I spend thousands $$ a month at various Home Depot stores. I had to return a tool which was not working properly less than 2 weeks after purchased. Employees Donna and Jarvis were extremely rude from start to end. I explained to Jarvis 3 times I want cash refund, since I paid with my debit card. He handles me the receipt with a sarcastic smile saying the funds were going to be returned to my card. I questioned him why he did not do what I requested, and Donna next to him said he was not going to be sitting there listening to an abusive customer. I will stop spending my companys money at Home Depot.
