The lady "Amanda" is sooooo rude, unprofessional, pounding her fists in a temper tantrum, wow, corporate will be hearing about this loon. I also witnessed a male employee yelling out the front door at people "i know you people are all after me with your honking". Then Amanda yells at him "Now, stop that, what did we say about you going off on random people ". This place is crazy, just stay away. Ive heard for the locals that the manager loves to give people a bad attitude if he feels you deserve it. I for one have had it will you people! And... The postman who works there in the back of the store is sooooooooo lazy and rude, doesnt want to lift a finger but Im sure he wants his nice fat paycheck. Why bother to show up for work if youre that lazy, do everyone a favor and stay home for good, let someone else in there who wants to work.

Amanda was very rude. I only wanted my $ back because my letter did not reach destination after a week when it was sent certified return receipt. It was supposed to get there next day. I had to keep asking for help. Manager apologized because Amanda was so rude yelling at me and pounding her fists on the counter! That is a reflection on management. I did finally get my $ back but only after I left the store! Why did they say they wouldnt give me $ back when they did? We will not ever be shopping there again! Corporate is going to be informed.

I am constantly sending out packages and needing stamps so I was excited to find out there was a post office located inside of the ace hardware right down the street from my new house. Went there, the lady working the post office made me wait almost ten minutes till she was finished chatting with another employee, although she clearly saw me approach with a priority mail package in hand. The entire experience panned out to be very irritating as she was very rude and unhelpful. I will never go there again.

My local Ace Hardware. I wouldnt trade it for anything. Great people and great service. Good selection of 95% of what you need for most projects. Saves me hours of searching in the Big Box stores. You can grab-n-go in 10 minutes or less! The same time it takes just to get through the parking lot at the Big Box stores.

The back of my key fob fell off with the battery, so not only did I not know what battery to buy, I didnt have anyway to hold the battery on to the fob. Chris found what battery I need and personally cut a piece of wood to fit the back of my fob to hold the key on. Definitely went over and beyond in service.

The store is very clean and bright. they have so much stock in there, its very hard NOT to find what you are looking for! Everyone working there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always go to ACE first when I need something. THANKS for being there!!!!
