Drove 1:45 minutes to the store for my first experience. As I walked in i was greeted by David. David asked if I was finding everything I needed. I was very pleased with the store and the amount of merchandise on hand. I could have spent hours looking. David went above and beyond explaining and demonstrating a laxer engraving machine. I could tell from the moment that he started talking that he knew what he was doing. Its hard to find a person who is that passionate about their job but, David is that person. I will be back and recommend that if you need anything to do with woodworking go to Rockler in Cincinnati and ask for David. Thanks

The newer Rockler store is a really nice modern store. Very helpful staff and they have a great selection. One thing that bugs me is Rockler often offers 20% off one purchased item specials online, but hardly ever in their stores. They use to have that 20% "in store" deal when the store was in its original location. I miss that.

Bait and switch. Advertised a deal through paper... Drove 30 mi to only find out they offered 1 item at the sale price. Really?? They didnt care and acted like that was normal. No thanks!!
