I purchased $85 worth of goods in your store today. One bag of weed control weighs 48lbs. Did anyone offer to lift it for me? NO! Typically my husband shops for these things, but I thought Id stop today, since I was out. I even asked an older man (employee) where I could find it. He showed me and conveniently disappeared. Your employees are not friendly, nor helpful. This isnt the first time Ive been disappointed in your customer service, but its the last time I visit your store!!! My husband was so disappointed that no one offered to help me and he said he will never shop there again either. We will go to the Ace in Springboro and see if they will do a better job. (Not even the cashier offered to get someone to help me.) I want to spend my money where Im appreciated and respected. You have employees who really dont want to work for you (or probably for anyone). Unhappy employees = loss of customers.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I had to beg for assistance, and even then, was treated disrespectful. The older gentleman at the key counter was determined NOT to help a woman, and deliberately helped another gentleman instead. It was blatantly obvious he had an issue with women in the hardware store.

Called for a propane tank exchange to take advantage of the sale price. At 3:00, they were out and were not giving rain checks (per the main office). Not a very good way to do business!
