Was quite happy with the price of our fridge but will not be returning after the poor customer service. Had scheduled the fridge for delivery last Tuesday, called twice since we havent heard from them about the delivery time. They had neglected to contact their delivery team. Rescheduled for today, took another personal day off for delivery. Was told the delivery fee we prepaid would be returned to our credit card (still havent verified that) to make up for the inconvenience. Todays delivery was by a nice gentleman who is an outside contractor and required payment. After speaking to someone at the warehouse trying to correct this, their response is that they refunded the delivery fee so we can directly pay the contract delivery. Poor communication, poor customer service definitely wont be back.

My grandmother has had nothing but a(n) bad experience with them. She bought a new refrigerator from them in late April and the liner started to crack in Dec. She ask them to replace the freezer liner being so new and all, but they are trying to glue the cracks instead of replacing the liner. First of all Ive had my refrigerator four years now and the freezer liner is still good. For that matter Ive never had a freezer liner crack. They should be more then happy to replace their defective parts.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Dryer number 1, did not work upon delivery... Dryer number 2, did not work upon delivery.... Dryer number 3 DID NOT SHOW UP!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Your money will be better spent at Brandsmart!!!

I bought a GE Cafe range from here for a GREAT price! Do your own homework because they dont seem to know much about their products. Most of the deep freezers had rust in them.
