Im not sure if it was the fact that it was a holiday, or the fact that the man speaking with us saw us as two younger people that he thought couldnt afford one of his trucks but this was by far the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced in my six years of truck shopping. Pretty much told us he didnt want us to waste his time. Wouldnt give us any details on the vehicles we asked about and when he said he was going to get the keys so we could look at them, he simply returned to his desk and sat down while we waited outside by the trucks for well over 15 minutes before we gave up and left. Id give less than one star if it was an option. Never been so disappointed in my life.

I had a great experience with this business. I am from Texas but I am stationed out of state. Found this car online and from the inquiry all the way to the purchase I had no complaints. Ray was the person I dealt with mostly and he answered all my calls and texted back within minutes every time. I had a family member go check the car out for me. After he looked at it I drove down to this location in Boerne, Tx the next day and purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. I couldnt be happier with this thing. Overall this buying experience was better than I expected it to be.

Probably the simplest and easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. Bryan and the staff here were very friendly and were not pushy at all on the sale. They gave me plenty of time to browse around and do my own research on the trucks. Ended up buying a great and awesome used truck from this place. Would highly recommend going here. Not the biggest selection of vehicles in the area, but definitely the friendliest and I dont feel as if part of my money is paying for marble floors and huge warehouses like most dealerships have. Will be sending others here.

We can honestly say the staff at Cars and Trucks Direct know how to take care of their customers! The vehicle we purchased ended up having mechanical issues a couple of weeks after we bought it. We of course brought this to their attention right away. Lewis the General Manager took charge of the situation and had the vehicle repaired for us AND gave us a free tank of gas. Thanks guys!
