Purchased a nice new 2015 vehicle today from this location. My sales Account Executive was Ms Natalie Perez. My Assistant Sales Manager was Mr. Tim Hejl. There was no pressure to buy. I was treated with the utmost of respect. I was treated with courtesy and a quick written profile was done to narrow down my desires/choices. The very first car shown to me by Natalie was "ME". She hit the nail on the head and then I understood how important it had been that she obtained the most accurate information describing the type car I was looking for, the price range and all of the desired features. My husband and I are over joyed that these two Professionals would go out of their way to make sure what we were looking for was what they had for us. They were 100% accurate in their assessments. We appreciate their Loyalty to Enterprise because we could have easily gone someplace else to make this purchase had it not been for their warm hearts and professionalism to meet the needs of us " the customer" .. They indeed put the customers "First". Thank you for going the extra step of the way to make our purchasing experience a memorable occasion. Did I mention they made the car ready and I drove the car home the same afternoon. Now, thats A + service and then some. Melenda D. Young-Humphrey, SFC U.S.Army Retired

I recently purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales and not everything that shines is Gold. I got a good deal and the car seemed excellent for a 2014 year model . It was delivered to me and to my surprised I was very pleased when I saw. It apparently went through 105 pt check but driving it I knew that wasnt so. The brakes looked like they were put new but from my experience they didnt cut the rotors , now I have to deal with harsh breaking and very strong vibration that can be felt on the entire car especially the steering wheel when the brakes are applied at high speed 40+ mph. If I had test driven the vehicle before hand I would not have accepted it until the situation was taken care of. The next day I called the salesperson and even contacted the sales manager by the name of Gabe and was just promise that they would look into the situation and probably would have to take the car to a Firestone place but was not told what year or month that was going to happen. I was also to get a free Carfax report and am still waiting.I know the only way that I will get contacted is if I miss my first payment. I will definitely not recommend them as I am not completely satisfied. I might just go and have it fixed and deduct from a payment. I thought I dealt with professional people or Enterprise.

I was actually referred to Enterprise Car Sales by a family member. It took me a while to finally go in. First off, I want to say people will write an entire dissertation about bad customer service, so please forgive me if I ironically do the opposite. My Sales Lady, Natalie Perez was outstanding. She was not pushy and did not sell me anything I did not need. I explained to her that I have small apparel company Script-Shirts, and was in the market for an SUV type vehicle. She went the distance. I drove a few cars in my price range and none of them wowed me. I asked about a GMC Terrain and she did her work. She got a Terrain for me to test drive since one was not at their location, and I loved it. After that she transferred one from Austin and worked with my husband and I in every way. It was such a great deal, and the overall customer support from the entire team just blew me away. If you want to buy a vehicle and not have to deal with the dealership hassle of doing so, you have to go to Enterprise. Natalie was great like I said, but you would definitely be in good hands with any one of the team members--Tim, Ernesto, and the others around the office. They were all working together to help us.

We were promised ease and no hassle and that was not delivered. They were having a promotion for KBB value plus $500 on trade ins. I thought that was interesting as we were looking to trade my car in and called about the promotion. Since I am not in San Antonio, they said I could go spend 15 minutes at a local enterprise office and they would be able to get me a value. I ended up spending an hour there and was looking forward to hearing from them. When Jamie, a sales manager, called the next day she said they would actually have to see my car in person and that would be a 7 hour round trip drive for me. When I said that was unreasonable, she offered no other solution (such as going to the closer Austin location) and simply said she wouldnt be able to work with me. Being in the sales industry I reached out to the San Antonio sales person I had been in touch with to tell them what had happened. The response was "As much as I would love sell a vehicle to each and every one of my customers, it doesnt always work out that way". Obviously my business is not wanted here, so we did not trade in or get a car from Enterprise.

I had the pleasure of working with two of the most incredible Sales Ladies, Natalie and Abby. The 1st day of meeting Natalie I was very indecisive, (I bet I gave her a real headache, she is extra nice..so helpful, too) I test drove several cars. The next time I went I started off with Natalie however she had to leave early so she let her co-worker Abby takeover. Again re-test drove the same vehicles, just to be sure. Abby is so down to earth plus very knowledgeable. Ended up with a great car..but I still was totally certain so I rest drove the Sante Fe, (there were great reviews about it) to my surprise I did not like it. So I stayed with my Chevrolet...its an Awesome car. Great price for a Fully loaded vehicle, with a warranty..without Sales Agents hounding me and 500 extra for my trade in. How can one Not be Happy! Thanks Enterprise "Power Sales Ladies"

I have bought several cars and dealt with many dealerships in my lifetime. Ive had good experiences and extremely bad experiences. Here at Enterprise, it was truly a no hassle awesome experience. I wasnt pressured in any way like my experience down the road, when a manager literally yelled at me to make the deal. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cecil and would recommend him highly. He helped me pick out a vehicle, which was backed by a 7-day return policy. The car didnt fit my needs and I brought it back - who does that? I then found an awesome 2015 Nissan Altima and couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this group of sales people. They are truly nice to each other because they arent competing with others for commissions. Look at their vehicles online and visit soon!! Great team, great price, great place!!

We were first buyer and maybe naïve to trust a car dealer. First we thought we did a great deal but after a few months we figured out we didnt. My husband and I just came from overseas (military) and we had a baby on the way. So we were looking for good family car because we didnt have one. The seller was super nice. And I can remember when he told as we should do $4500 instead of $3500 for the financing. Because it would look better for the bank. Sure, we should read exact the contract. We thought it would go directly to our down payment . We wondered and called the bank. The car dealer kept it. So he earned on us $ 4500 for selling a car. We are also paying each months for a overpriced car. Not to mention we have a high interest rate too. Sure, we can refinance it. But we learned our lesson ,never trust a car dealer.
