These people were in good standing with me for almost 2 yrs. I purchased a 1998 Dodge Nitro with them. I had a few problems with the vehicle. The ac went out after 1 month of having it and then the stereo also went out. I figured it was a used vehicle when I purchased and having knowledge of this I knew they were risks that I chose to take. All was well until last year of July of 2016 I took them an insurance check for 3,600 to fix hail damage. It was then that they offered me to use check on another vehicle since I was in good standing with my Nitro and my balance was only 4,000. I didnt want to do it at first but they went out of their way to try and find me a vehicle. After test driving a few cars and their office already being closed for the day I decided to walk away from the offer. They then had the owners daughter in law drive up in an black pearl 2010 chevy equinox. I had seen this car earlier that year and the sales guy remembered and had her bring it to me while she was using it. So they got me. I noticed the check engine light was on at the time. The sales guy said they would take care of me if I had any issues. Trusting them because of my 2 year relationship with them I said ok and put the check toward the vehicle and 1 week later the equinox starting messing up. 2 weeks later it was in the shop. I got it back and belts had been fixed at Cecil Atkinson. one week after that It messed up again. I took back and Cecil gave me a report stating that the vehicle had lead in the motor and that it was from previous owners. It would cost me $7000 to fix. I took car back to Family Autos. I let them know I no longer wanted the vehicle because they had sold me a lemon. They got upset and told me i would have to give the Nitro back also. Salesman, comes to where Im staying at 10 pm at night and takes the Nitro also. I just want people out there to please be careful with this dealership. they kept the nitro which I had already paid 11,000$ on , the 3,600$ insurance check the the additional 2000$ in payments that I had already applied toward equinox. To bad Im a single parent with 4 kids who doesnt have a lot of knowledge in this area but now I know. I would hate for this to happen to anyone of you.

There horrible and unorganized unprofessional! And just plain rude I regret getting my car from there too its gave me problems since I got it ! And that was like 2 months ago ! Or less just sucks !! Not even one star !!!

You get friendly services here and the car selection is ok ask about there in house financing or see if you can get on with the banks next door on there other lot
