EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. March 17th, my husband and I called the dealer to make sure they had the truck in stock that we were looking at for $37,000 because we got a preapproval from our bank for $40,000. We drove 3 hours to look at the truck. We got offered $4500 for our trade in, and went to take the truck for sale on a test drive. We go in to leave for the test drive and the fuel gauge read 6 miles to empty so we told the salesman, Jorge, and he went to put diesel in it. We took it after that for the test drive then while we were out the check engine light came on and after we parked I smelled transmission fluid. After taking it to the mechanic, we were told it was an O2 sensor and the transmission leak was just dripping from when the brand new transmission was replaced. We then paid $42 to have our mechanic look at it, and he gave it a clean bill of health. We discussed numbers with the Jorge and we came to $31,000 from our bank and $4500 for the trade in totaling $35,500. We then drove home the night of the 17th after leaving our trade in title as a deposit. They sent the necessary paperwork to the bank and the bank told my husband and I that we were being overcharged for the vehicle and theyd only authorize $27,000. We told Jorge that and he said ok we will try to work that out and crunch some numbers. That was on the 18th. The morning of the 19th we played phone tag, mostly with the salesman dodging our calls. At 1 pm on the 19th, the salesman called and said everything is good to go and come in to sign the paperwork. My husband double checked that it was good to go at $27,000 plus $4500 for the trade in, and he said absolutely. So we made the 3 hour drive there. Halfway to the dealer, we got a phone call from Jorge the salesman and he said we fell $4000 short all of a sudden and he needs us to figure it out. My husband asked why he lied to us and he said he got confused. My husband then called the owner as he was extremely upset and the owner assured him hed get him out with the vehicle today and to continue driving to the dealership. We got there and Jorge was extremely rude saying that hes sorry he lied but doesnt know what else to tell us. Every time my husband tried to talk, Jorge would raise his voice over him and continually cut him off. I have never been treated this way in any business, but certainly not by a salesman. I asked him to reimburse us for gas mileage and he refused stating that we "had to come get our title anyway". I have never been so disrespected. There are no words to express the anger and disappointment my husband and I feel for wasting our time and money. We are out 2 trips and $42 to have our mechanic look at the vehicle to ensure it is sound. I only feel they are responsible to refund us for one trip which is $100 in gas, but I feel they need to get every negative remark possible so nobody else has to deal with this.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spoke with jager about the vehicle I have been wanting but since it was a bit aways he had me do the application online and got me approved without me being there . I couldnt get to him until Friday which was Wednesday then and he went ahead and held the vehicle for me . Didnt have to do that These people are awesome and really are there to help. not your average car sales men who Hoover and want to push you into something you dont want. Pressure and stress free car buying experience is what I got here and I am gonna recommend them to anyone looking for a awesome vehicle. Thanks guys The Aguilar family

Had to coordinate 5th wheel and truck purchase at same time. Rubens had the perfect truck. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. I have walked out of dealerships because of treatment. What a treat to have found Ruben. Went to my bank for financing. Excellent credit and got a lousy rate. Ruben went to work and got me a great rate. Found a crack in the windshield hiddden by the mirror. Without any hesitation Ruben had it replaced. They defiantly do not fit the stereotype of "used car salesmen.
