My experience with National Car Sales I bought it from national car sales about a year and a half ago. The price was $20,000 after taxes and stuff... It had 85,000 miles on it and now it only has 111,000 miles. I dont drive this truck every day. Most cars I drive average 120,000 miles a year (i commute to san antonio) so mileage isnt a big deal to me. 3 months after we had gotten it... one front bearing exploded and a caliper locked up at the same time.... National lifted this truck and failed to inspect the compenents properly. The first week we got it we had to put new pads and rotors on it because it was metal on metal. Some one cut the scrapers off of the pads instead of replacing them. This put me and my family at risk as the bearing went out as we were driving. When I asked the dealer about this they said "you bought it as is"... well here is the thing you take the time and effort to modify a truck you check the DAMN DRIVETRAIN you already have the wheels off and halfway tore apart why not. Its better to make sure the wheels will stay on and it can stop with bigger tires. Im only mad because it put me and my family at risk. We couldve flipped because of that bearing or worse yet injured somebody else. When weather finally warmed up we found that the a/c didnt work as that was supposed to be fixed before we picked it up. They fixed this but now it stopped working again (leaks) Shortly after that we found that the truck was misaligned. This wasnt because of normal wear and tear but because this truck was LIFTED by National Car Sales. The wear on the tires was because they but spacers on the front springs and NOT the appropriate drop down brackets to handle the adjusted angle. One tire is still out of alignment and cannot be aligned properly because of the awkward angle that the A-Arm sits at. And my front tires are shot. These tires cost $350 a piece. A month after that my oxygen sensor kept blowing out of the pipe. The problem was that the truck was sold to me without an catalytic converter. Which is a major violation for a car dealer. And come to find out that the computer has been reprogrammed to ignore ignition errors. When I confronted the owner of National he basically told that i modified the exhaust myself and that they "inspect all of their vehicles before sales" But obviously not. I also brought up the alignment issues and Mr. Miller told me " people by 4x4s to play in the mud and the suspension misalignment is because you play too rough with it." Here is the thing with this truck WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I TAKE A $20,000 TRUCK TO GO PLAY WITH. I have an old truck that i use for that. If it gets broken or dented Im not going to cry about it. I wanted to keep this truck nice and i only had a 4x4 for when i drop off hay our drive in the yard so i dont tear it up by spinning tires. I did not appreciate being called a stupid kid. I am almost 30 and well respected in the IT, NETWORKING, AND TELECOM WORLD maybe Im a kid because Im not 50 or 60. And the new issue it wont start when hot. I even put 2 new starters on it but still its a no go. So needless to say this car is going back it is not worth the $20,000 And i will never buy another car from national car sales ever again Sorry to bore yall have a good day

I have been looking for a car for months and have now been to National Car Sales twice looking for someone to help me find something within my budget. I dont make a lot, so my budget for a vehicle was small and firm. The first time I went, despite explaining my financial situation and telling them what I needed, they proceeded to show me cats FAR beyond my price range, acting all proud that they had "kept it close to my desired monthly payment" even though keeping that monthly payment would cost thousands more in money that I could only get through my parents. They then began pressuring my parents into lowering my rent so that I could pay more and telling me that if I just cut out some of my other spending, I could afford the car they were offering. It was beyond my range and I got very irritated with the manipulation, so I left. Later on, I went in again, hoping that maybe if I saw a different sales representative, theyd actually listen to what I had and what I was looking for. This second time I told them exactly what I had, and when they said they didnt have anything in my price range, I was fully ready to leave. But then the sales representative had the nerve to suggest that if I just didnt spend frivolously, I could find the money. He asked highly inappropriate questions about my spending habits, continuously invaded my personal space, and made huge assumptions about my lifestyle without knowing anything about my financial situation. He was disrespectful, patronizing, and insulting. That very day, I went to a different dealership who not only didnt harass me or probe me about my lifestyle and financial choices, but also found me several choices in cars in the exact price range I specified. National Car Sales has permanently lost me as a potential client and I will be deterring anyone else I know from going to them.

Was driving by one day to look at cars as I had to turn in my 2015 corvette. When I walked onto the lot, Bill approached me and was very understanding of the situation I was in. After exchanging some words we started the shopping experience that would change my life for the better. He landed me on a 2013 Ford F-150 that was exactly what I was looking for. We came to an agreeable payment and even talked to the boss about getting some extra help which I have to give a huge shoutout to John. I got say I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and will come back for another one once things are smoothed over and back to normal. Thanks again National Car Sales, John, and Bill for all the help and getting me a vehicle I love.

Buying a car from this dealership was an extreme waste of money. I was not told that the first two years of car payments were being applied to interest only. The KBB value of this car was about $4000; after interest and the actual price of the car I was paying close to $20,000. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a used car dealership. After I brought the car home I had it checked out and discovered that there were several fire hazards in the engine as well as the wiring from the back to the front. This car was was pieced together, cleaned up, and sold for more than 5 times its actual worth.

we were approved a few weeks through financing and we have been trying to figure out what we really wanted. we dealt with Fidel with the start of this and he was very professional and friendly. we went back friday and was looking at a different vehicle and we wasnt really sure of it. Fidel was out of office that day and Bill anderson brought up a vehicle on the other lot that we should go look out and try. we would have never known about the other vehicle if bill hadnt went above and beyond to help us. We are so happy with the vehicle we chose. If you are looking for a vehicle go see them they are great!!
