I used to work at this dealership and I trusted them to take care of me. They did just that and then some. I knew what I wanted and I purchased it without ever seeing the vehicle. It was in excellent condition when it arrived. That being said, the sales and management team went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. There was a small chip on the sliding passenger side sliding door of my van. They had the door completely repainted to ensure my complete satisfaction. Ray Benjamin was my sales rep and he brought the paper work to my wife to sign. She just had surgery and was limited to how much she could travel. Ray met with us so that we could sign the paperwork. It doesnt get any easier than that. He even delivered the van to us. We never had to visit the dealership. What more can you ask for? We have had the van for almost a month now and we love it. It was clean and in excellent condition when we took possession of it. We received excellent service and were given the royal treatment. I strongly recommend Enterprise Car sales if you are ever in the market for a vehicle. You wont be disappointed.

These people lie! I was told my truck could not be sold on the lot because it was in an accident. Turns out they gave me very little for my truck and sold me a car that had incorrect mileage. I took the Nissan Versa to the Nissan dealer in San Antonio and they confirmed, the mileage was much higher due to a malfunctioning odometer. When I tried to complain, they told me they would "make it right" but instead of fixing the problem, I just went up the chain of command until they stopped answering my letters, emails and phone calls. Their sales people are young and really believe the Enterprise advertisements. Be advised, these people are not to be trusted!

Thank you for the opportunity to give feed back the service we received was immaculate, less stressful, and all the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. The salesman "Primo" had a lot of patient as brought out different vehicles for us to compare. His motivation to please us on buying a vehicle was far greater than immaculate; he assisted us in aspects of decision and allowed us time to decide without the pressure. I bought a car here 3 years ago and the experience was stress and pressure free. I enjoyed it so much that when said car was totaled by hail, I went back. Im always surprised by how good they are at listening to my needs and wants and finding me the perfect car. I love that there are always different models and brands to try out and the prices always seem much lower than dealerships. The cars come with inspection, carfax and warentees. Its just so easy. Ive recommend this place to friends as well, and they have bought their cars here too. No matter what you are looking for, if you want a good, clean used car, this is the place to start.

Loved Ray Benjamin! As Soon As Me And My Fiancé Let Him Know We Needed A Second Vehicle He Got Down To Bussiness ! We Let Him know The Price Range We Were Trying To Stay In And An Idea Of What Kind Of Car We Were a looking for. He Called Us Back The Next Day With Quotes ! He Always Kept Us Updated On The Status Of The Car That We Were Getting ! Recived The Car Within 2 Weeks . He Also Was Very Respectful And Professional. What an unexpected surprise! Arrived to rent a vehicle and purchased a truck for my son. After weeks of searching for the right price, low mileage and overall condition I was thrilled to find a year old Ram with less than 20K. It is in pristine condition and after having my local mechanic evaluate the truck was given a A+ rating.
