I purchased a car from here a couple years back and unfortunately got into a front fender bender a couple days ago. While the damage was minimal, the insurance inspector noticed a foreign glue where the bumper splits near the headlight. The adjuster told me this car had definetly been in a previous collision and that the job that the Auto Merchants did to repair it was sloppy and potentially dangerous. See, I wouldnt be frustrated with the previous damage if it was on the carfax record but...it was NOT. They mostly like bought it wrecked from the auction and did a chop shop job on it. I overpaid for a wrecked car which initially stated that it was clean. Shady business that needs to go down. The good reviews on here are either from completely oblivious people that dont know their cars have been potentially wrecked (and they think they got a great deal) or their own employees. Whats even more pathetic is that whoever runs the replies to the reviewers here has the audacity to give some repulsive and robotic sounding apology and contact information that leads to nothing being resolved or compensated for. If I remember correctly, the owner (or maybe GM) was an olive skinned (possibly Arabic or Lebanese due to accent) bald guy wearing true religion jeans and an affliction style shirt so...that kind of explains things. Hope this fraudulent business wakes up and realizes that the Internet presents a great threat to their shady practices and that ordinary people have voices now. Karma will catch up to you all

ZERO Complaints! I purchased my beautiful 2012 Toyota Camry here in August of 2013. It was my favorite car buying experience ever and Ive had many. Fair and straight forward pricing from the get, hassle free, friendly staff, quick and easy financing process even with my credit issues. I literally got a printout of the existing inventory list with prices included and proceeded to check off all the different cars I wanted to test drive, which was like 10 or 11 when it was all said and done, and the guys were so patient and more than happy to help me hunt each one down in the lot and pull the chosen ones out for me. Then Id hop in the drivers seat and take off - again and again. It was friggin FUN! The 1st car I was gonna go with was a loaded 2013 Nissan Altima but the car fax came back showing it had been deemed a lemon under the prior owner! So they provided me with that info before I made any official decision and Im so thankful for that! My Camry and I were just destined to be together. I love it like crazy! And Im so happy to report that they also told me to come back a year later and refinance if I ended up making all my payments on time. Well I did and with just a 10 minute phone call and then a 15 minute visit on my lunch break from work to go sign the paperwork, I was able to get refinanced at a 10% lower APR! Amazing! I will definitely be going back when its time for another new (to me) car!

When you walk in, the place is a little odd. They obviously have low operating costs and it shows. But then again, I dont care about that at all. Actually, it was kind of nice not to walk into a stereotypical dealership. When I walked in, I already knew what I was looking for (two TrailBlazers that they had). So, I told them I wanted to see the TrailBlazers, they gave me the keys, pointed the vehicles out and left us there to inspect them ourselves. I loved that. I didnt want some high-pressure guy standing behind me talking the car up behind me. So, we looked at both the vehicles and determined which one I liked. Heres the other unexpected thing about this place. The car was not clean like youd expect dealership cars to be (usually detailed or at least vacuumed). There had obviously been little to no effort to make the car "dealership ready." To wit I say, take it and get it cleaned your damn self. The price breaks youll get at this place will make up for it. I essentially got about an $11,000-12,000 vehicle for $8,600 (I talked him down from $8,900). So, I would say that this place is just fine. It isnt going to be your loud, big lot, high-pressure dealership. So if youre OK with a low-rent establishment where theyll be very up front with you about price (dont expect to talk them down too much on prices), then this place is for you.

I get that individual experiences vary but taking my own personal experience into account I find all the positive reviews listed as suspicious. I showed up at noon wanting to test drive a car, the car was in the showroom. Waited in the showroom for over 10 minutes before someone even acknowledge me. They claimed to be busy/short handed so I offered to come back after work around 5 PM so they could take the car out of the showroom to which an owner assured me no problem. Arrived at 6 PM and car was still in showroom, again waited over 10 minutes before someone finally came to check on me. I stated the circumstances and then again waited over 10 minutes for someone to finally take the car out. Took for a test drive and again waited over 20 minutes for the person who was helping me to get off the phone and come speak to me about the car. I stepped in front of his office two times to get his attention and he motioned with his hand that he would be with me but never came. I finally got annoyed and left. I called this person the next day at 4:15 PM and we briefly spoke but he was with a customer and took my number and assured me he would return my call. He never did, more than 36 hours and still no call. If this is the way they treat customers, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

How disappointing. I heard nothing but wonderful things about this place. I just left and Im flabbergasted. I walked in to the office and spoke with the receptionist. She said "what kind of car do you want?" I responded with Im not sure. She proceeded to point me to the computer (this should have been the point to get a sales person to figure out my needs).. I said, "Well, how about an Infiniti?" So, she gets the sales man standing there to help me. We proceed to the computer. Im looking at cars and he just seems irritated. He has to leave, so I fiddle on the computer for about 10 minutes. I then sit there and just look around the office for 5 minutes. I walk back to the receptionist and say, "Can you please get a sales person for me?" she looks at me, calls someone who doesnt answer so she looks at me again. I said, "I can work with anyone" and she responds, "Well, theyre all busy." !!!! I said, "Okay. Ill just go somewhere else. Thank you." she just says OK and allows me to leave. Not a sorry, Can we set you up an appointment? , Let me see if I can find anyone.. This is my first time ever posting a review of a 1. The search continues as I was hoping to drive away in a new car today. :(
