AVOID!!! Brought my car here to replace a transmission line and add transmission fluid. They call me back saying my transmission is blown and the car was unable to go in any gear and wouldnt move and "deemed unrepairable by his technician". Estimated price to repair was 5000! I wanted a second opinion and on picking up my car I started it up and it went into gear fine (even drove). They told me they had added transmission fluid because they have to in order to test the transmission. Upon taking it to another dealership in Grand Island they told me that there had been NO fluid in the transmission (so they lied and didnt check my tranny at all), and that it was (No joke) FINE!!! I ended up getting my transmission line replaced and fluid added (which I already knew) and VIOLA!! My car is running like brand new. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this company at all cost. I wish I could give a negative score. People like this are the reason mechanics get a bad reputation. Im your average joe and $5000 is a crippling amount of money. So at the end of it all that $69.95 I payed them for diagnostics wasnt worth it. Swindlers. It was a $250 fix.

We had a great experience. Wed been shopping for a few months and the staff was super great at letting us know when they had anything that might be of interest to our family. At one point they called about a car, but then called back the next day to let us know it wouldnt be available because it didnt pass their inspection process. THIS WAS HUGE to me. To know that they werent comfortable selling something just to make a sale, and instead making sure we were offered a dependable vehicle. When we finally got out to visit and test drive the vehicle we eventually bought, the staff was amazing and kind. They even offered to wash our current vehicle free of charge, just because! The negotiation was simple and painless. We would buy from them again any time!

I was impressed how they came and picked up my pickup at work and then when I had a family emergency and had to leave out of town that day that they sent a shuttle to pick me up and got my pickup done quickly so that I could get on the road. They fixed it so that it runs like a dream now and thats what I needed done to it ever since I bought it from Midway Outlet about 2 years ago, but I didnt know it had a problem when I bought it as the Reduced Engine happened once in awhile, but not all of the time, so when I test drove it and bought it that day, it ran fine. Its now fixed and its water under the bridge. Love my Chevy!!!

I took my 2015 Professional Grade GMC in for an oil change (LOF) last Saturday, and as usual, someone opened the door for us and greeted me on a first name basis. I have been doing business with Midway GMC for a little over a year, and all of the personnel are courteous, friendly, and almost like family. As I have said before, I drive a Professional Grade GMC vehicle that is serviced by Midway GMC, a Professional Grade GMC dealership. Need I say anymore? (If you dont believe me, stop in and see for yourself. You will be glad you did).

We worked with Kim Bullock and she was vey helpful and answered all of our questions. She spent plenty of time with us and we didnt feel rushed. When I picked up the vehicle she spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked and answered all my questions. Larry, in finance, was also very helpful and stayed late to get all our paperwork completed. My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles with this company and have always been happy with the service. i would leave a review on yelp, but theyre honestly a terrible joke, so going to give the review here and hope it helps the dealership. We live 520 miles from Kearney. The service was impeccable from the initial contact phone call, to the purchase of my Denali. They treated us as though we lived next door, and would see us frequently, despite the fact it was a 9 hour drive apart. When looking for a vehicle again, will definitely give them another opportunity!!

I went here because they have a 1 price deal and I hate going through all the BS at car dealerships, I thought it would be niec to not have the "pressure" aspect for ONCE! little did I know that this would be the worst experience of my life, their prices are waay too high and they were very aggresive with me, I went here cause a friend of mine got a car here but I wont be back.

Every time I have my vehicles serviced, the staff is friendly, knows my name and who I am, keeps me informed on my service, gives me recommendations for my vehicles for future services needed and are timely in getting me in and out. The renovated building has extra amenities for charging cell phones if needed and beverages for while you wait. A+ service!!!

Always friendly, have donuts, free car wash & loaner cars when needed. They also worked with my warranty coverage & gave me pricing on what it will cost to fix everything. This is the local Chevy Dealer. They have a very nice service department with free wifi while you wait. Prices are competitive with third party mechanics. They have a nice selection of vehicles and if you buy here you get some perks, like free car washes.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a car. The person back in the finance room was straight up rude and extremely pushy. They advertise that they will not pressure you into buying things and that is completely false.
