Our experience at Enterprise Car Sales, at the Northwest Fwy office was an unforgettable one! The sales and service expert Christopher Cantú, came through above and beyond our expectations. We came in unexpectantly and left the car site with two sets of keys and a beautiful, practical set of wheels in our hands for our family. Mr. Cantus customer service skills are what really won us over to go forward in purchasing a car from him. Not only did he make us feel welcome, but he also created an environment where we felt safe, important, valued, and respected. He included the entire office and his supervisors to come into his office to say hello to my lovely bride and me. That spoke volumes to me as a consumer looking for quality customer service. If you want a great car, come to Enterprise Car Sales at the Northwest Fwy office. If you want to be treated properly and professionally, come visit Christopher Cantú. If you want a great deal, you have to visit Chris. He will go out of his comfort zone to make sure you leave his office, his presence fully satisfied and with the car you actually want or can afford. He will make the necessary calls, make the necessary meetings, do the little extra stuff to assure you are fully satisfied. Thank you Mr. Cantú. You have not disappointed us. Last, just to push the envelop a little, the car we purchased did not come with floor mats. I shared this with Mr. Cantú and the next you know, the car had matching floor mats. We said, "Wow!" How many sales people have ever done that for us?" I strongly recommend everybody to visit this car sales office and meet with Christopher Cantú. "He will blow the gravy off your biscuits" with his candor, down-to-earth demeanor, professionalism, and great-over-the-top-customer service. Yeah! Hes that good.

I just purchased my car today and what a phenomenal experience I had!!! I went through several dealerships in the Houston area and was treated horribly until I came here!!!! Erin Edwards, was very professional and greeted me over the phone before even meeting me with such a genuine friendly and professional attitude. When I met her in person she was so knowledgeable about every single car on the lot. Erin treats her customers with kindness and respect! Jason Smith, the area sales manager worked very hard in helping me to get the best deal! Jason and Erin were very professional and genuinely kind... These two made my day!!! They really care about their people and treated me like family! I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from them in the future!!! I certainly will recommend them to everyone! This is the second vehicle I purchased from Enterprise Car Sales and I doubt it will be my last. They are also my preferred car rental company when I go out of town. I really enjoy the greatly reduced problems seen in most of my dealership purchases. Some have been real knock-down drag out fights instead of a simple and easy purchase. I abhor being sold to by many professional sales folks, but like the professionalism of everyone Ive met at Enterprise. They really go out of their way to help us get what we want. I will always recommend anyone look for really good assistance with a used car at Enterprise. Or for a good Rental. Almost always get upgraded to the higher model when I rent from them. Cudos to Carlos who easily walked us through the details, that he made look easy. Hope you will be as pleased with your experience as I have been, twice! And many times over with car rentals!

If youre looking for a used car I cant imagine an easier or better way than to buy from Enterprise Car Sales. We checked several new and used car dealerships in the area first and got the same aggressive salesman trying to sell us on the monthly payment amount before even asking what type of car we were looking for. We stopped at Enterprise Car Sales and found several really nice cars with a great no haggle price that were exactly what we wanted. The sales staff is top notch! My salesperson, Kyle Buttacavoli and sales mgr Carlos Rangel were both fantastic! They were super friendly and the purchase transaction was easy, pressure free and quick. I never thought buying a car could be so easy, hassle free and fun!! I feel great about my purchase and really confident about the vehicle itself. I will purchase from Enterprise again.

My Mom was in need of a new car. When my Dad was with us they originally had purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Enterprise back in 2007. We were hoping to get a SUV as good as the Hyundai Santa Fe. I had talked with Willie on many occasions explaining what we were wanting to do before we drove out there. We met With Willie and although they did not have the vehicle on their sales lot Willie showed great Persistent on finding the exact SUV we wanted at the price we were wanting to spend. He searched all throughout their rental fleet and found the vehicle we wanted which surprisingly had a upgraded package we were not expecting but thrilled to get. If your looking for a new car but wish not not to loose a few thousand bucks driving home from the Dealer, Go see Willie and see what he can do for you.

I have rented from Enterprise all of my adult life. I think I first noticed Enterprise Care Sales several years ago off 290 when I would take my son to Epilepsy Camp in Burton, TX. I said to myself the next time I purchase a vehicle I would definitely check out Enterprise Car Sales. The motor went out on our 2003 Saturn Vue and this was my opportunity to check them out. Meanwhile, I can truly admit that Enterprise Car Sales North (Cypress) was the second best car buying experience I have ever witnessed. The service was great, speedy, and professional. Salesperson Willie was very prompt, prepared, and respectful. My husband and I went into the dealership with pre-approval from our credit union and within one hour max. we finalized our purchase (2015 Toyota Camry).
