Bought a car from them a few years back, first place we went when we were looking for another car a few weeks ago, but we will NEVER return. We were given a price on a car, took the car home pending final financing. Returned to do the paperwork the following day, only to be given documentation with an increased price--with no explanation offered. Did he think we wouldnt notice!???! We pointed out the discrepancy and he had no explanation, except all of a sudden he couldnt give us what he shook hands on giving us for our trade-in. The sales price had also increased, but there was no explanation for that. We returned the car and picked up our check and our trade in. They refused to honor the agreed verbal contract. Dont quote a price on a car or a trade in, if you have someone else come behind you who feels like they need to babysit you and change the price. And, dont slide paperwork across the table later, with different numbers than were agreed on! Went to another dealership, with honest people, and bought something else. Giving one star--because I have to, not deserved though!

These people are criminals of the worst possible type. At the recommendation of a coworker I decided to purchase a vehicle from Diamond Automotive Group. The salesperson seemed incredibly friendly and helpful when I agreed to purchase a vehicle, and I relinquished my vehicle as a trade-in. After more than 10 repeat visits to Diamond Automotive, they STILL had not delivered on repairs promised to me at the time of sale and then stated that these were never promised to me. Months later I was contacted by the finance company for my traded-in vehicle and told that Diamond Automotive had never paid off the loan--that I would be responsible for it! I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, to which Diamond Automotive repeatedly denied responsibility, and ultimately had to file a formal complaint with a state licensing agency, which found that Diamond Automotive Group had violated the law and would be prosecuted. NEVER AGAIN--save yourself time, money and stress by purchasing elsewhere!

All I can say is that this is the best service ever and the best place to buy a car online! I checked the web site, filled up an online application and in 10 minutes I got an e-mail back letting me know that I was approved!. Few minutes latter the Internet Manager called me and told me everything about my credit (not the best one!) and the amount of money that I was approved for. I chose the car I liked on their website and sent the inquiry. Not even 5 minutes latter I got an email asking me for my best schedule to test drive the car. I told them I had two jobs so they brought me the car to my work at lunch time so I could test drive it. I loved it! I told them I would have to go late in the afternoon to do all the paperwork. By the time I got there all the paperwork was ready. It took me a total of 10 minutes from the moment that I got there to sign the paperwork and leave with my new (used) car with a FULL TANK OF GASOLINE!!!!!! I

This has been the most lengthy experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone, and when you visit you are there for hours at a time without anyone caring. The inside of my vehicle is filthy with dried old gum and candy, and dried beverage splatter when I folded down the back seat cup holder. Once they take your money, no one cares. I was even told they would comp my gas for driving out there repeatedly, in which they didnt. The very day that I took the vehicle home the gas light came on. And the low air alert will not go off after they promised they fixed it. And not to mention a positive google review from an employee. Now I understand. Extremely ridiculous.

Just bought a 2016 Hyundai from Diamond. At the time of purchase the car only had 900 miles. Took the Hyundai to the hyundai dealership because it was over heating and vehicle is still under factory warranty..... come to find out vehicle was in wreck and not noted on Carfax. We bought the car under the impression it was wreck free... Owner and salesman been giving my wife the run around since she bought the vehicle..... Smdh. Guess a lawyer is my next option. My opinion go somewhere else to get a vehicle. Honesty is the best policy.

I just bought a 2008 Ford Escape from Diamond Auto Group and it was a great experience. They are incredible with the military. I have already told a few of my fellow sailors to check them out. Oliver was such an excellent sales rep that I will go back to him with all the future car buying. The financial manager was a big help in getting my wife and I in to this car. This place is hands down the place to go. The word needs to get out about this dealership. I hope my little review will go a long way. Thanks again guys for your help.

Everyone here is real friendly. They show a genuine interest in you and treat you like family. They value as a customer and help put you in a vehicle that is right for you. They dont try and push their products or try and put you in any vehicle just to make a sale. Would have to say the best dealership Ive been too. Had a great experience and would recommend this place to all my friends and family!! Keep up the great work/customer service you all provide!!!

A horrible establishment!! For both customer and job seeker. I worked for these thieves so take my advice and look elsewhere. The manager Anthony is so unprofessional its disgusting. At the end of the day its your choice as to where you will buy a vehicle. This is an attempt to help anyone trying figure out if they should purchase from this so called business... DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! This place is TERRIBLE with everything they do. They sell terrible, worn out, scratched up, and defected cars and only want your money. They say they have good customer service but all they care about is making a sale and then making a fool out of you. Spend your hard earned money SOMEWHERE ELSE than this hole in the wall place.

Everyone here are human pieces of garbage, liars and theives. Anthony is the worst of the lot. I cant tell you the unnecessary nonsense I went thru only to end up with a freaking lemon of a vehicle. Ive already contacted my lawyer and a nice little lawsuit will be filed. They have done nothing to accommodate me after numerous calls and messages.
