Took their word I trusted them the moment I told them what was wrong with the vehicle its like they disappeared they told me I could do something now theyre backing out on it we have to drop almost $2,000 to fix the transmission I told them within 30 days it was messed up 30 days...put down almost $2,000 for the vehicle now they want to tell me they lost out $1,000 not my fault yes... its my fault for buying the vehicle but I trusted you I believe what you were going to do what you told me...we can work this out we can do something within so much time...I go to you its no longer that way New Management dont care old management screw you. They got their money they dont care about us anymore....customer service out the window... it happens they say... you should of spent more money they said... You kept driving the vehicle they told us...fake smile fake attitude fake ppl... wish I could do more about this situation unfortunately we have to live and learn and NOT TRUST MLM WHEN THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT....

Got sold a lemon then was told its my fault... After they agreed to fix the issues. Still waiting for my plates i guess they think im rich they want me to finish paying the down payment fix the car pay the car payment and insurance iv put 700 into the car on the 1 st mounth and still havent fixed the engine light issues they said they were gonna fix before everything was final.. Dont go here other places will do better then this place... They just want that cash down payment no matter what they sale you... They know i was desperate to get in a car a besides getting me in somthing reliable they put me in anything i got aprroved on...

Dont confuse this place with the other Garza Auto Sales. The other one has an owner named Hugo and they did the same to me. They know Im disabled and sold me a truck that now Im stuck paying for 3 YEARS and the engine has water and the manifold has a whole. Wont give me the tags until I pay the balance of my deposit. What a rip off company. BUT REMEMBER ITS NOT THIS LOCATION.

Out of five dealers we went to that day they were our first choice for customer service.No pressure, no hounding, but genuine people trying to help us find the car we wanted. While in the end we didnt purchase our car from MLM because they didnt have one with the features we wanted, we would gladly do business with them again, and we will see them first next time.
