Do you like high pressure sales? Come here! I was trying to see if I could get financed for a car loan, and the next thing I knew I had 3 people shoving me in a brand new car saying it was the best thing for me and all I had to do was "sign here" They will surround you in an office and try to make it sound like they are your best friends and its the best decision you will make in your life. I bought a 2011 dodge caliber on July 2nd 2011, they were closed the 3rd and 4th and I went back the 5th to try to bring the car back because it was not right for me at all, besides they only showed me one car and didnt ask what I was interested in at all, then basically forced me to buy. They would not take the car back, they said they can just lower my payment, they didnt even offer me another car. They only seem to care about getting the sale and their greed. This car has also caused me leg problems which I have had to go to a physical therapist to help resolve, and spend even more money. Now I have leg problems and a big car loan. DONT GO HERE!!!

I stopped by on a Tuesday evening around 3 P.M., having seen a truck I was interested in on the internet I thought I would give it a closer look and take it for a test drive. After a couple minutes I was approached by Josh, he got the truck pulled around and I was off on a test drive. I really had no intention of buying a truck that day, but they offered me a great deal on my trade-in, and even with not so great credit they found my a great company to finance through with a great interest rate. Within three hours of showing up I was headed home in an awesome 2013 Ram loaded with all sorts of cool options. No one there was pushy, I didnt feel pressured, and I had the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! I only moved so quickly with getting the truck because they offered me such a great deal on my trade-in, 2,500 more than what I had been offered at other places. These guys are really easy to deal with, and are very professional. I would highly recommend going here for a new or used vehicle. Great place!

We were on our way back to Evansville Wyoming after a week in Oklahoma (a long drive). We spent the night in the KOA in our Fith Wheel RV in Grand Island. When we left the KOA in the morning heading west on I80 our engine light came on in our Ram diesel truck. I called our local dealer in Wyoming and they said there was a Ram dealer in Kearney. We pulled off the Interstate and right into the parking lot. I went in and told the service folks our situation. They pulled the truck in immediately and withing a few minutes had it diagnosed. They did not have a part on the shelf but ordered one overnight. The next morning it was installed and I was back on the road by 9:30 am. Great Service - Great Team in the service department. Whoever the owner is, he should be very proud of this Service Team. They also fixed a recall on the truck while we were there :)

Our T&C van broke down in Kearney. Trying to still have a happy holiday and have the kids not miss seeing extended family, Shawn in service hopped into action. He not only got our vehicle in right away, he also got us a loaner vehicle, which he was well aware we would put over 1,400 miles on. While we were away he followed up with us via the phone keeping us abreast to the condition of our vehicle. We returned a week later to pick up our van and it was ready to go. Having Shawn in service is a true asset to your dealership. He went above and beyond for a customer who was not a "regular" and that type of service should be commended. Thanks Shawn for helping us to have a happy holiday.

I made an appointment to have the fog lights enabled on our Grand Cherokee, asking at the time I made the appointment that they be enabled to operate both on low and high beam. Nothing was mentioned at that time that they wouldnt want to do that. After driving over two hours from rural Nebraska to make the appointment I was informed at first that it couldnt be done. After I "Googled" the directions for them on my phone I was informed that the tech wouldnt do it. To their credit they didnt charge me for the experience, but it would have been nice if they would have informed me at the time that I made the appointment that they would not be able to accommodate me.

I called midway about a truck I seen on there website this was in March. I talked to Michelle about the truck and asked her a few questions about it she was very helpful and professional about it. I told her I wood be driving through there in April. She called me the day before I left from Colorado and said the truck was still there. I said great I will stop buy and look at it. I left midway with a new truck. Thanks midway everyone there was great probably one of the best dealer ships i have ever worked with they do what they say they will do for u. Thanks again.

Went in and asked if I could get oil change and they did a little checking and said sure. We looked at some cars then we waited in the lounge for about 20 minutes. The service man came in and said our car would be around in a little bit. We paid and went outside and in a few minutes our car was there. We were there for about 30 to 35 minutes and went on our way. We want to thank all involved especially the guy that actually changed the oil because they hardly ever get a complement from a customer. Thanks again to all.

We just bought a new Charger from Midway and brought the car in for its first servicing. Tori, at the service desk, was so friendly and helpful going over all the procedures that they do! I enjoyed hot cappuccino and didnt even finish it and my car was done! I loved the feeling that they checked everything on my car and that I could drive away knowing that there wasnt anything wrong, It felt like driving it off the lot when we bought it! I know its new but it still gives me confidence and assurance. THANKS GUYS!!

Stopped in looking for a good used automobile. Grant was very helpful and nice/fun to work with. Purchased on Friday and over the weekend found out the cruise control did not work. Took it back Monday and Grant took care of it with no hassel at all. He meant what he said when there service is the best. Thanks Grant, was a very good experience and the vehicle is great. Just what I wanted.

We bought our truck here a few years ago and never had any problems with the staff. But not long after we got the truck the fan quit working, took in they fixed it okay, few months later same thing. Been fixing the damn thing for the last 3 years now and guess what it works after you kick the passenger side area on the floor area. Never will go back.
