Ive come to this store twice now to be disappointed each time. The 1st time I went I was looking for treats for my cat and checked out their expensive cat houses (which I was willing to buy that day). Walked around the store for a bit while two cashiers just sat near the front. No one asked me if I needed any help nor even acknowledged my existence as a customer. Left disappointed because they didnt have a particular brand of treats that I wanted and after spending 20 minutes in there without even a hello I didnt feel welcome. Today was my 2nd time going and I was in search of a waterbottle for a rabbit. The aisles are strange and there was no indicator that small animal stuff was in the back. So I looked around for a bit. I know it was a busy day because the vet was there but it took me awhile to find an employee to ask if they had any. They didnt have any in stock and I was told they would be in tomorrow. They ran out during the holiday weekend. I didnt know rabbit supplies were in demand during fourth of July weekend (*scarcasm*). Anyways I left again feeling like no matter the reason why I go there they will never have what I need. I wont be coming back to find out either.

The prices are "OK" compared to other pet stores, but the employees are never friendly and no one ever asks if I need help finding something. I usually have to go up to the register and ask them - which often makes me feel like Im intruding on "their time."

The staff was very friendly & also did a price match for me. Nice merchandise! Theres even a neat mural of Rockwell Park on the wall :)
