The lady working when I went in was very rude and disrespectful. She essentially chased me out of the store by stalking me around as if I were going to steal something. Plus, the lounge isnt much of a lounge its more so just a couple couches and tables in the middle of their store and the fireplace wasnt on. The idea of this place is great, but they have terrible execution and even worse customer service.

Great store with good prices. Love the guy who always loves seeing your dog. I have a Alaskan Klee Kai and she loves the bones in the freezer. She gets fromm as well in the big bad.
